Do Chesterfield still announce the attendance as tickets sold and not through the turnstile?

Solihill 0-1 Noblepools

Much better 2nd half, Noble is a class apart. Donaldson good too.

Still not that happy with Pools going forward but fuck it who cares.

Where are we in the league? Is it a Brotherhood 2,3,4 lotal? Cracking.

It'a actually a Brotherhood 2,3,4,5. Unless clubs like Halifax with two relegations from the FL are no longer considered a proper club? But then again, if that's the case then neither are Lincoln so I dunno :pond:

All a bit confusing to me, if I only I was a tad smarter to tell the difference! Should've listened to mama when I was still a spotty faced kid behind a school desk.

BTW, good win Poolies. Well done.

Beat you last year at the Shay, but I think it'll be honours even this time around.

Absolutely no chance you'll beat us at home though.
"There's a 4ft 6 inch dwarf and a 6ft 7 inch Sunday league donkey absolutely destroying us" is all I'm saying about that.

I am the concept creator and sole administrator of the Brotherhood, there is only one rule of entry and therefore only one question to answer: Were you in the Football League in 1986? No new members can be admitted and membership is for all time. :ds:

Superb performance from 2 quality sides today. First chance we gave them in the penalty area they scored from it. Game management let us down at the end- why were we ending the game in our own penalty box, again?

We are doomed! Still has assembled the worst squad in our history and we are all but down.

Five wins in a row with half our starting 11 injured does nothing to paper over the gaping cracks.

STILL OUT!

The meltdown from your lot after a few games looks quite daft now.

He still hasn’t matched the 7 wins in a row run he achieved with us in 99/00!

Barnet are kinda rescuing my season bet after a shaky start. Keep it up! You can have Allen back though if you want?

Genuine question nasty.

Another one for this thread, has Kedwell always been that overweight? Christ.
This is the non league mate, a pie and pint is part of the pre match routine

I would have kept Allen. He would have been fine here, building on what he (almost) achieved last season.

I didn’t want Still but he’s doing pretty well so far. Big test of our credentials next week though. Come through that without defeat and I think we should start feeling quite confident.

I still know a lot more about the non-league than any Chesterfield fan, although that should change eventually.

"Proper Clubs" and the Brotherhood are one and the same. I remember going to Hartlepool when you were proper shite and we were flying and thinking "WE used to be like this".

Am I missing something here?
Allen turned down a new contract didn’t he?

Cherish them memories, I never remember a time when Halifax were better than us. At least not for 30 years or so.

Anyway always good to see another northern club doing well

Said I wasn’t sure which Bromley would turn up and we had both Jekyll and Hyde. 20 mins of what we can do and 70 mins off absolute crap!
We are better than what we’re doing right now. So frustrating!

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Entertaining game at the Rec today,a couple of flakey defences giving us a 5 goal thriller. Can't remember when the Shots scored 3 last .Holman looking the part,we know he can do it,needs the right service.Bromley looked dangerous in attack, and could have wrapped it up by half- time, during a particularly dodgy spell from Shots defence.
A much needed morale booster. A point or2 away would be welcome.
Btw, what's this Brotherhood bollox- anyone explain?

Yes, we did - a pretty meagre one from what I’ve heard...

I would have been happy had he stayed is what I meant though.

You need to lower your expectations, you sold your best players and have not replaced them.

Apparently Dover's players were asking directions to McDonalds after the game. There's pictures somewhere

I saw 4 Maidstone players on my tube ride home just now, Shamir Mullings, Jamar Loza and Alex Finney - Not sure of the other one yet, they got off at Blackhorse Road.

They were talking alot about money.
