Remember Flanagan playing for Dartford a little while back, heard good things about him at Brentwood.

Have Whitehawks and Boreham Woods attendances got an larger since they have had quite a successful season?
We all live elsewhere these days! No one can afford to live in Borehamwood any more; should get down there more often, can't be there. Would love to see them in the Conference.

Is Stan Flashman still knocking around Barnet?

N.B. I'm sure you, like me, will be wishing Jimmy Greaves all the best.

Got them promoted with far less resources than others in the division. Young, ambitious (and successful) manager - the kind of person I'd want us to go after when GB finally calls it a day.

Good choice, glad to have you on board! I'd be happy with a season of consolidation, with a view to pushing on in 2016/17.

The 50 or so who made it up to a freezing Halifax for that dire (and rather crushing for yous) replay in the FA Trophy one winter's night, half of them wearing head torches, won me over. Big love! Just let us win a few points when you get into the Conf—er, National League.

Stan Flashman died in 1999!

His involvement with the club ended in 1993. The subsequent weeks almost saw us voted out of the Football League.

C'mon Whitehawk.

As bankrolled as they are, they have a good (albeit very small) set of supporters who have a great set of values at heart. Anti-racism, anti-sexism, anti-homophobia, etc. Need more of that in football. They got the "Basingstoke Youth" Twitter account closed down prior to their semi due to homophobic slurs.

So we get to return to East Brighton next season, probably the fair result based on 'football morals', ie. Boreham Wood finished 2nd and they are sustainable.

I'm sort of glad Wood got promoted rather than Whitehawk, if only because I've never been to Whitehawk's ground, so I may get around to it next season.

Maidenhead United have joined Sutton United in offering £100 season tickets. They've also made a few decent signings by taking a couple of players from Alan Devonshire's old club (Braintree) as well as re-signing top scorer from last season Dave Tarpey.

Have some respect. He has just died.

Just died, nearly sixteen years ago...no disrespect from me for what Stan achieved at Barnet, he unleashed Barry Fry on the football World, so much to be thankful for.

Indeed, I'd have had Alan Massey back at the Vale, decent centre half who can also play at left back. Surprising turn of pace for a big guy as well.

The other, worse, Gary Mills is now the manager of Rugby Town FC. Or something. It's in a league somewhere a few down from this level I would expect.

Rugby are in the Southern League Central. Drove past their ground today actually!

Our friendly schedule is full, although two opponents are yet to be confirmed.

We play VCD Athletic, Welling, Tonbridge Angels and Billericay away.

We only have one home game due to ground refurbishments and that is a week before the season starts so I'm hoping that will be against a decent club who will bring some first teamers down as well as some fans!

We also have a game in Portugal in the middle of a week training camp. Opponents not confirmed yet. Will probably be a third or fourth tier side I reckon. Hoping it's not some behind closed doors thing as I will definitely look into going to that! Just been to Germany for a weekend so any chance to go abroad now I will jump at!

Nothing new player wise for us. Backroom staff not even confirmed yet. The longer it goes on, the less confident I get. I imagine it will just be given to Steve Gritt.

I have faith in McMahon though!

Your have to put up with us next season, looking forward to the ride!

Welcome! A new ground for me!

Hoping Truro get a ground closer to home but from a selfish point of view I won't complain at going to Torquay as it will be a new ground for me.

That's just a recipe for Truro to go into another financial meltdown.
A lot smaller crowds, no bar or food income & id imagine paying Torquay quite abit to groundshare......the whole idea seems like a disaster waiting to happen
