Though maybe the fact we won despite not playing particularly well may give them some food for thought?
A lot of changes to the team today as well, with players returning from injury or suspension. And yet we score three goals and win again.

Our home form has been excellent this season, which is why it is so vital we finish in the top three and get a home tie in the play-offs.

Woking hit the bar before Orient head up the other end and score. Big crowd in today.

I doubt our lads will have watched it. They had an open training session on the Moss instead.

Might not of been a great game but that’s the best our defence has played for some time.

Exactly, doesn't matter how well you play if you are winning at this stage! Maidstone was a chance for us to put the pressure on those behind us now it's all going to be on us going into Tuesday.

Aldershot probably wrapped it up as well. Wood down to 6th as it stands.

Orient now 3 up against 10-man Woking (injury after they used all their subs).

Well and truly robbed of a deserved draw by a moment of madness from a linesman that wanted the headlines.

Poor from us today. Chester were about as good as the league table suggests but we made heavy work of it. Still at least we won

Borehamwood were so poor, shocked to see them so high in the league.
As comfortable 3 points as you’ll see, especially against fellow play-off chasers.

Well a couple of days ago we exceeded 50% total days of the season in 1st, which lets be honest should be the real way of deciding who goes up.

A very cagey game on our awful pitch, but we deserved the win and had the best chances I thought.

Woking put us on the back foot at the end of the first half and at the start of the second half and we somehow road the storm, despite looking like a nervous wreck.

Whilst I don't think we're a great side at defending, Woking were appalling - They practically gave us our first two goals. So much that they changed it at the break, which meant but the time Cook went off with two broken ribs, they were 2-0 down and playing with ten men and we killed the game with a 3rd.

Not sure how long Limbrick has their to be honest, he spent the whole game arguing with the officials and his own players, who at times didn't look like they were playing for him.............

We're the most in form team in the bottom half of the table. Why do i feel like we'll still be in with a shout of going down on the last game?

Thought first half hour we were in total control ..after that it was more even. Maidstone should have scored twice with 2 clear chances in 2nd half. Keeper kept them in it first half yet in the end could have won.. thought we has a decent pen shout for foul on Jennings. .couldn't really see what happened with the free kick we scored from. Deserved win based on first half performance

We need to get a goal scorer in. Neil Aspin ALWAYS made sure we started every season with at least one proper goal scorer on the books.

Today's result means that in their 3 matches at The Shay, Solihull have neither scored nor conceded a goal.

It's time now to stop the pretence and acknowledge that the current bottom 3 are going down and will be joined by one of Solihull, Woking or Hartlepool. :bdick:

The 'best footballing team in the division' turned up today and disposed of Boreham Wood comfortably. I'm not sure how Andrade didn't get sent off for his off the ball incident in the first half, however it didn't matter in the end.

7 games to go, and 3 wins should mean we are in the playoffs - once we get those i'll start worrying about where we finish in the playoffs.

Saw Guiseley at Bromley a few weeks back, looked twice the team Woking did. Quite liked Jones when I've seen him before, but he had one of the worst performances I've seen from a footballer at this level.

All joking aside, I'd say the bottom three have gone - Torquay and Chester need to win ALL their remaining games to stand any sort of chance and they both have to play each other, as well as hoping two more sides have a dip in form.

The last spot is currently between 8 clubs right this second as its so tight, but that could well change after the two games next weekend.

Indeed, but I’m not sure why you’re discounting Barrow - they haven’t won at home since October and their run-in is middling. Having games in hand is no use if you can’t win, as Billericay are finding out :bg:

Three more wins should do it, let's start with a win against Bromley Tuesday, then we still have Solihull, Guiseley and Torquay to come to us, if we can't beat these we deserve to go down.

Knowing our luck we'll have to go to Tranmere last game of the season needing points :animatedf:
