Need money to pay players' wages and state-of-the-art Sky/BT Sport media facilities. I don't think what Brentford is doing to be at all immoral but is fair enough if they want to stay in the top division for the long haul. It doesn't look too risky either as the money will stop coming in once relegation is confirmed.

On a more general point, it does my head in that changing kits has become a routine yearly event.
