Did Aldershot really take 120 to Barrow? Decent effort that, if they did.

I've kept a track of the Conference North. But so many guesses and figures plugged off forums/twitter due to very few games being segregated. FCUM/Stockport well clear of the rest. Our own away support down slightly despite more trips within 100 miles (Nuneaton/Corby/Alfreton) and Gainsborough being on a Saturday this year
Great Work mate and welcome to the forum BTW

Yup, new ground for most, but we also have a lot of northern strays. We always get a decent turnout up north. Hopefully our average may rise a bit now we have most of our long northern trips out the way. Just the home average to sort out now..:conf:

What about the 'Years spent in the Football League' table, are you above them on that one?
(cue the inevitable ' FC Halifax have never been in the Football League' standard answer).........

You said it. They let their club die etc.

With Jim as manager they are more likeable though, top bloke who deserves to be back in management and have success.

We are one and the same club. Same board, same fans, same ground, same name. The FA acknowledged the fact when they admitted us into the FA Cup and Trophy the same year we reformed. Unfortunately for Chris FGR's arguement, the FA make the rules, not him. Unlucky Chris. :ds:

If it's the same board you went under with and you claim to be trading as the same entity then surely you must be paying off all the old clubs creditors in full then?

And FC Halifax Town is not the same name as Halifax Town FC.

Please address further complaints to the Football Association. Ta. :ds:

Only 2 games in Conference North
Gainsborough 3-1 Hednesford (361)
Corby 0-4 Stockport (575)

Probably looking at around 30-40 Hednesford there and 100 or so Stockport at Corby.

There were 96 Eastleigh fans at the Rec yesterday if anyone is interested. I was quite worried by our home support but then I saw Cheltenham and Grimsby struggled to get 1,000 so I guess all crowds were poor yesterday (other than Tranmere!)

Ours was only a tenner to get in as well, and kids for a quid.
I expected a low one but not that low. (1071)

Tranmere crowd was still lower than a league game. 813 (I think) Wrexham fans and about 2700 home? Something like that. For the same tie in the league you should expect more home and away. Then again depends how Tranmere are doing by the looks of it!

It was a better crowd at Prenton Park than expected. I wasn't able to go, but not as many chose to miss it as indicated after the Braintree defeat. Decent away numbers.
Chester brought 1.5k to the league match, but a longer gap since we last played them. In the league match, Wrexham will probably have more to play for, trying to secure a play-off spot, unless Rovers decline to the extent we're fighting to avoid relegation. Maybe close to 2k away fans?

According to Twitter, Chelmsford brought 70 fans yesterday.

I was quite impressed by that given the distance, the fact it's the trophy and less than 2 weeks before Christmas.

Decent that. Chelmsford travel relatively well in the league to be honest.

Our attendance managed to stay in 4-figures, which surprised me.

There was probably around 150 of us at boreham wood, and we still had more fans than them

Reminds me of the time we played Hayes & Yeading when they were groundsharing with Woking (is that still the case btw) on a Tuesday night. The official attendance was 351 and there were at least 250 Mariners there. Must have been less than 100 H&Y fans.

We don't share with them anymore which is best for both of us, it's a shit drive especially on a Tuesday for them, and our pitch is actually acceptable now!
