We've had many terrible loanees over the years but Hayden White is in the top 3 easily for me. He was genuinely fucking terrible and seems to be one of those players that continually gets signed, does shit and then finds another club willing to take him on.

Unless he's taken on some sort of mythical status and we're just making stuff up, he must have been here for more than three games. I can specifically remember him having an absolute nightmare as a sub at Fleetwood.

Just checked - Donny away, Posh home then Fleetwood away - I was at the first 2 - so it sounds like he rounded it off with a 3rd and final turd of a performance.

Well, at least I can have low expectations of him from the start :bg:

Though it appears he's a good reputation with both the Carlisle and blackpool fans he was at loan at over a longer period.

Maybe it's just something to do with playing for county which makes you shit?

You don't understand how bad he was in those 3 games - otherwise I wouldn't remember it - such as Jacob mentioning Kaiyne Woolery further up - I'd completely forgot we had him for a few games

I'm actually driving up because I agreed to do Dry January so I dont want to be on the train with all you pissheads!!

Where is best to park that is secure County fans!? I don't mind walking a bit either, I'm the sort of person that parks at the back of Tesco Car park so some little scrote does not bang my car with a door.

I seem to remember there being a car park above the train station, or next to it

Station car park is actually reasonable on a Saturday. You could also consider the park and ride at the racecourse

Looking forward to this. 9am train from Mansfield. Should be a good day.

Our lot are far too confident for this one, only going to end with egg on our face. You'd think Notts will come out for the first 20 minutes & be in our faces. If we can get through that, and get our fans behind us, we *should* get a result. If we let them get on top of us & get a goal, i worry we won't get back into it.

Other than that, 2-0 Mansfield. 1x from White from 30 yards, 1x from Arquin from 45 yards.

Glad to see Notts have got a new owner too, one who seems to have the best interests of the club at heart. Would make it interesting next season to see the fixture next season be a promotion clash.

Id take a fans opinion from blackpool or peterborough where they've seen him play well for a good amount of games and trust steve evans rather than county fans who's seen him play three times... York fans said Mal Benning was the worst left back to ever play for them, now he's one of the best in the division. Good look to him.

White to score on his debut, come on lad!

I've never understood why people get so offended when a team's fans say one of their players was shit for them. It really doesn't matter.

fans always get strangely defensive over new signings.

I'LL TRUST THE MANAGER OVER YOU

Anyway, unless our online ticket thing is lying (it probably is), there's like 11,500 sold in advance for this including Mansfield. Could be a surprisingly big crowd.

If he was shit for you he was shit. For me, going on loan to another club, usually to a lower league club can be make or break.

Maybe (or sounds like he was) shit for you, got farmed off out elsewhere and maybe learnt from his mistakes from county. He's only young so guess they'll be patchy at that age. Guess we'll find out!

Horrific game, deserved nothing other than 0-0. Still, stops the rot, and a clean sheet is some kind of miracle for us.

Oh Yoann you haven't changed! Do the hard stuff but mess up the easy stuff.

It was really the only chance in the game. Both teams scrapped but couldn't get any real play going.

Important positive from today was keeping a clean sheet. Notts players actually talked to each other and showed fight. Audel was impressive today. Hopefully he will keep it up

It was 2 exceptionally poor sides, we're just lucky that with performances like that, like Morecambe on Boxing Day that we're safe in midtable with little worry. There's little chance of the playoffs.

County were, well, limited. But played tightly in the middle with little width and defended well, we had few clear chances, and our late flurry of chances would have been harsh on county had we won.

Impressed with county's defence - stout, determined and though some hairy moments were alright.

From mansfields perspective, I find the performance baffling - any step up to 2nd gear would have saw us win the game - green was off the boil and arquin had his first questionable performance. We never seriously troubled their defence or keeper. Excellent again from collins though.

Decent crowd also.

Could've played in any gear you wanted and you wouldn't have scored with Arquin and Green playing that badly.

Rubbish quality, but enjoyable game. Stopped the rot, and based on today's performance, notts are only a couple of signings off getting clear of relegation. As Hardy said, this is the same team that were only a point away from the top 3 in October.

Thought Stead worked hard for us, back four was incredibly solid and didn't give much away apart from Arquin's shocking miss. Not too sure about Adam Campbell, not physically strong enough today, nor skilfull enough either, tried hard though. Thompson deserved motm for notts, showed skill when there wasn't much anywhere else.

O'Connor's set pieces were shocking, in a game as tight as this set pieces can make a real difference but they were dire. Nolan will probably see this though.

Feel slightly more optimistic about our chances despite dropping into the relegation zone today, but next week will be a tough ask away at Grimsby. Hopefully the embargo will be lifted by then as we are threadbare.

Mansfield looked competent, created the best of what few chances there were, and their defence stood tall like notts. Twats with the flares were a pain in the arse, came down for their big day out.

P.s do notts fans have a forum now that our usual one has been taken down?
