Yeah but obviously the Mayor is going to be a difficult kill as he is more likely to be protected.

We don't know about the COT yet - Veggie may be a part of it. The rest may not want to speak up for fear of being targeted by the wolves, which is fair.

Indeed, it's a waiting game until our leader comes back with updates on this situation, but my gut instinct is that killing SUTSS would be a mistake right now.

Typically the CoT would use the Mayor as its mouthpiece as he is going to be assumed by everyone to be in it anyway. Plus is likely to be protected. No one else needs to reveal themselves. Only Veggie needs to confirm SUTSS story or not.

Sweet Dreams Paul Haddock. Your early vote for Veggie Legs, and then u-turn and equally quick bandwagon jumping against SUTSS have arroused my suspicions.

When I went on the first quest I was able to fashion a weapon, which I can use periodically to kill, outside of executions. I don't wish to have to kill an innocent, but have to kill someone to prove my own innocence, and you've piqued my suspicions more than anyone else.

I was suspicious of SUTSS and close to using this killing on him, but have been impressed by his reasoning and think it makes sense.

Periodically... Once for now but who knows if I go on more quests in the future.

I simply had my suspicions about the dog. Nothing concrete, just a feeling. With the evidence shown against SUTSS, I felt compelled to execute him. However, I think Veggie and SUTSS are in cahoots and for that fact, I don't trust him completely but I do think he's innocent.

You think Veggie and SUTSS are in cahoots, you're voting to execute SUTSS, Veggie was attacked by Wolves

You see how something above doesn't link up

I think SUTSS (a wolf) was double crossing Veggie (an innocent). An angel saved Veggie coz he was vulnerable

IanH wasn't make that stuff up about making a gun...

As an arms manufacturer, Ian is a great engineer, Tony Stark style. While on his quest, he did indeed gather the resources needed to build a makeshift, single use gun...

He pulls it out and points it at Paul Haddock... and pulls the trigger.

The shot takes off half of Paul Haddocks face and kills him instantly.

Paul Haddock is dead!

Paul Haddock was...

Keep going...

Ah, ffs. RIP Judge.

Given how SUTSS had mentioned someone he had been sure was a wolf was in fact innocent, might have been an idea to hold back on that one Ian. Timing seems strange.

As for SUTSS' story, it makes a lot of sense. He's been very overt in his suspicion of our leader, I wouldn't expect him to be so outspoken if in fact he was a wolf. Also explains why Veggie was reluctant to talk about any behind the scenes activity.

Still await his confirmation to be sure, but I imagine he'll vouch for it when he comes along.

I think he's likely to just be stupid rather than a wolf but this looks the best way to get out of my own predicament.

As it looks like I might not get out of this I will share some thoughts.

I have suspicions over MagpieBee due to his conduct in the thread. Just seems a little off.

I also think the following have been too quiet and that is unnerving: JoeJoeJoeJoe, Bottega Don, The Hand of Dom, Cardsfan, Steady, TomPNE94, This Charming Mike, Blade1889, Magic and Aberstone. Now, they can't all be wolves (or we really are fucked) but there contribution, or lack of it, isn't helping anyone so it would be nice to hear their thoughts on things.

I am 95% sure that Ian H is innocent and wish to be presented with someone else to vote for.

Right, to voice my suspicions. It seems very early for Ian to use his one-trick power, surely it would have made more sense for it to be used at a later, more crucial time in the game? Very suspicious IMO. And SUTSS, assuming his story is correct then we must wait for Veggie to confirm it (there is a possibility that SUTSS has the power to make him inactive for a gameday). And do remember that Veggie could be lying about being attacked, so don't take that for gospel when making your judgements.

Veggie could be lying about being attacked? It was Oaf who said Veggie was attacked Cards.

I don't like the number of people trying to keep Veggie in the frame, would have thought he was the obvious person to trust atm

I meant Oaf could be lying, but I do think we should trust Veggie. It's just people making judgements about the wolves killing him could be mistaken.

I agree with the above.

I still don't think we have a lot to go on just yet, but I don't have any major concerns over anyone who has been pretty active thus far. As mentioned, there's a lot of people who seem content to just sit in the shadow in silence right now, which is concerning.

Woof woof woof, woof woof. Woof woof. Woof woof. Woof woof. Woof woof woof.

(Time to clear a few things up:
1. There is a Circle of Trust, and I am in it.
2. SUTSS is a known innocent. The explanation he gave earlier is true, he was playing devil's advocate in order to stimulate discussion and votes.
3. I agree with SUTSS that it would nice to hear from some of the quieter members of our community. Personally, I don't believe that IanH is guilty so I won't be voting for him, but I don't know who else to vote for.

Fair enough. Apologies for not believing you SUTSS, seems you were doing your job of trying to implicate Veggie too well.

Ok, so I was wrong about Paul Haddock. It was a hunch I had, just like all the people who have previously voted to execute someone without damning evidence, like Paul did twice (Although I'll admit mine was a bit more brutal and rather undemocratic).

I wanted to use my power early for two reasons; 1 - to try to get some smoke around the circle of trust and confuse the wolves a little, and 2 - the wolves are killing people who have vocally supported our leader, Veggie, which I've also done and I didn't want to be killed without using my power.

The wording of my power was that I could fashion a weapon and a bullet. It never explicitly said it was single use (until Oaf said in this thread). I had hoped further quests could yield more bullets but that seems not to be the case.

I am clearly not a werewolf, but will accept any votes on the basis of being a horrible arm-dealing c***. We should be going for the real baddies though.
