I can get you a lovely 1970s Russian portable generator (You'll have to speak to... 'Da Bigg Citeh Fan' about getting some gasoline for the thing though). If you want it, you can have it for free. My only condition is you let me play drums in your band.

Well, I'll still generally be a 1 man band for the most part but if you want to join up at gigs then it's pretty good. I just hope you're a good drummer?

Not following the dice? The dice should decide all! We should be playing this like dungeons and dragons.

Veggie Legs for leader.

He'll be able to sniff out these dastardly wolves.

LeeWilson reporting, on a boat, somewhere..........

Herro Mr. Lee.

You well? I would like to vote for LeeWilson for leader. As in home country Lee is very good name, there's Tadanari Lee, Bruce Lee, Hitmonlee and many more. I think LeeWilson will be very good dragon emperor.

Unfortunately, Harvs vote is slightly late so won't be counted... but it wouldn't have mattered anyway.

Magic got his last vote for veggie in just in time, meaning that our final votings for the leadership are:

Veggie Legs: 6 (Lee Wilson, Dave, Yellow, Mr Elmo, RKP, Magic)
Cardsfan 5 (Aberstone, JJH, Cas, Spirederman, IanH)
Hodge: 1 (Rammy)
This Charming Mike: 1 (Blade)
The Hand of Dom: 1 (Ciderhead)
SUTSS: 1 (SUTSS)
Paul Haddock: 1 (Hodge)

Congratulations to Veggie Legs, who becomes the first dog to ever become a leader on NOTW! Well, you know, he's the first dog to ever be in NOTW, but man, is he paving a way for dogs in this game for the future with a superb start! Good boy.

Night descends upon the survivors and they all retire off to their beds for the first night...

Day 2

sea_Ship01.jpg

The passengers of the Kuzimu woke up on the second day. There had been a fear that these wolves, whoever they were, could have attacked again during the night but, much to the relief of the passengers, it seemed that everybody was still around and in one piece.

The ship was still drifting aimlessly out at sea. They had tried to get the power back on, but nobody was able to kick it back into life. Even the navigation equipment was playing havoc, so the passengers had no idea which way they were heading or where they were. They hadn’t even noticed any other ships or even so much as a helicopter flying overhead to try to signal for rescue.

It was now the dogs time to try to rally these silly humans together and lead them to safety. Perhaps it was time to try to weed out these werewolves among them…

Execution votes are now available.

The deadline for the execution votes and for the werewolves to select a target to kill will be 6pm tomorrow*.

*Is this too soon? I’m sure that we usually do like 2 days between game days but fuck it. I’d like this one to be fast paced… let me know if it’s moving too quickly, though.

Good morning, folks. Apologies to anyone who wants to use the chemical toilets. I'm an old man and that Tikka Masala laid heavy on the ol' stomach. That'll teach me.

*NEWSFLASH*

DOG IS GOD

In a bizarre twist aboard the Kuzimu ship, us stranded citizens gave a dog the power to lead our group. I'm here now with said dog, affectionately named Veggie Legs.

Veggie, you have been granted this great responsibility by the members of this boat, what are your thoughts?

WOOF!

Can you give us an accurate representation as to the passengers current heart rate?

hb5bN.gif

How are we doing for food? Is there enough to survive out here for days or even weeks if we're left stranded here?

WOOF!

What about these dastardly werewolves? Has there been any more deaths in the night? How do you plan to combat their threat?

WOOF!

What are your thoughts on the local Lord Hatter Dave?

GROWL!

Oh, you're not a fan of Dave? Do you think he is a good role model for his young family for coming aboard this ship alone?

GROWL! WANKER! GROWL!

I see, well thanks Veggie. I hope whatever plan these creatures have, you are the dog to lead us to safety.

I have rolled my dice and it is telling me that we should be voting Cardsfan for execution! I have no evident beyond the dice roll but if we follow the proper procedure of dungeons and dragons then we will get out of this!

OOC: I think it's for the first couple of days when not a lot is really happening, but two days per game day might be better later.

Yeah, that's probably a good shout. A lot more will be going on in this game as it goes on, so to be honest it'll probably need about 2 days per game day to run properly anyway.

EXECUTION VOTES:

Cardsfan: 1 (SUTSS)

Remember, under the ruling of this game if voting stays as it is even with just the one vote cast, Cardsfan will be executed. There is no "no execution" vote to bail you out here.

Lord Hatter Dave for execution. Just feels the natural place to start.

OOC: Not quite the same when it's not that Luton fan though :(

Lord Hatter Dave for execution. As the first person to suggest a Dog should be our leader, one can assume he was not in a competent state of mind. Therefore he serves no purpose in our quest to kill these savage wolves and must go.

No but seriously, do we have any actual leads as to who to execute here? I know for some ungodly reason we cannot simply absolve from voting, but so far we've voted based on a die roll and for the first person to nominate our currently elected mayor. If we're all to get off this motherfucking cruise ship, we need a plan.

Perhaps we should look to the dog to show us the way?...

I'd be interested in why other people voted for another person to be mayor, personally I voted for someone else as being newly promoted to director and new to all of this that I felt someone with potentially better experience would be better suited to being the mayor. Interesting that say Rammy would vote a newbie for mayor.

Let's face it, it's going to be very difficult right at the start without any leads. I hope the dog sniffs something out but until then I won't be voting.

Sorry to be late to join all, but let me introduce myself, Eddie Who, the ship's Doctor. I tried to help those poor souls, but unfortunately they were too far gone for my skills to help them.

For the moment, I also feel that we do not have enough information to turn on someone, so I will refrain from voting for now.

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Baa... Reminds me of the night I spent behind enemy lines in Kuwait. Just me, three donkeys and a small bar of bourneville. We got through some dark times with only a nasty gash.

So we vote in our leader and then accuse those of voting for him of being crazed killing mutants? Come on guys! Following the dice makes more sense than this. I didn't want to be leader but the dice told me I should put my name forward. I don't want to execute Cardsfan but the dice is talking to me. Random chance with the dice makes more sense than turning on the people that elected our leader before the leader has had a chance to prove himself. If he proves himself to be an awful leader then we should turn on his supporters.

Anyway, here is a video of the true leader of mankind Hulk Hogan with a cheery song to help us deal with this:

Woof woof woof! Woof woof, woof, woof woof woof woof. *wags tails*

(I don't have anything myself, but I think the fact that no one died last night is significant. It must mean something to someone, although I wouldn't expect them to say so in public.)

I'm not sure voting for executions at this stage is a great idea. We could get lucky and happen to hit a killer based on no evidence... But likewise, we could also hit the seer or another person with some kind of talent to help us out here. Seems as awful risk to take with not a lot of evidence. What exactly has anybody done to make themself a target?

Calling for someone's execution without logical reasoning is very suspicious, Lord Hatter Dave for execution.
