No stand out games this weekend. There seem to be a lot of top/bottom clashes where it will be interesting to see if they go with the form book, or mid-table battles.

My first away game this season and my first visit to the Gateshead International Stadium, familiar from BTs regular selection of Heed games for televising live. A week ago, I'd have been fairly confident, but two midfielders injured v Dagenham, another two banned following the Peterborough massacre and Norburn doubtful, means that it will be a very makeshift Rovers xi. Expect Andy Cook to start and score in his native NE, but it will take a battling performance to get anything out of this one. As the first time this fixture has fallen on a Saturday, expecting a decent travelling support.

A test of our new found belief and confidence away at the Daggers. Feeling hopeful, although we are short of center backs.

It's about time we done something at home, it's fine picking up scrappy points away if you're winning home games, our home record is bang average, Aldershot's away record is almost identical, would like to see Cassidy back in for Oates and Donnelly for Harrison.

A win would be nice, my prediction is that it'll be fooking freezing.

with no FA cup run tomorrow is 1 of our big days out this season
expect to see the twice-a-season Dover fans on a day out [along with the stone island chavs]
are the leyton star & leyton technical pubs any good as they are on the walk from stratford station?

Two home games in a row for us unfortunately. Jalal only seems to make catastrophic, game-changing errors at home so will be interesting to see if he makes one in tomorrow's game, Tuesday's, or both.

Also seems like Boringwood haven't lost a game in forever.

Leyton Orient will find themselves in the relegation spots after this weekend.

2 home games on the bounce for us...would be nice to see us fill out boots and score a load of goals... in all honesty will happily take two 1 nil wins.

Best bring my big coat then. Not really sure what to expect from us to be honest, with injuries to key players and no genuine left back we are very hit and miss at the moment. Don’t really care though, just looking forward to going to Hartlepool and my 191st ground I’ve seen the Shots play at.

Tough couple of games for us, I can see the top of the table closing up again over the next few days.

Given that we are top scorers in the division and can't defend at the moment, I expect to see a few goals go in - hopefully one more will go in their net than ours!

You always beat Dover at home, especially after a tough game at Orient,us plucky part-timers will be knackered

I've got no idea how we'll lineup, I just hope we're a bit harder to beat, but that could take time. I'd lineup up 4-4-2 myself and just try and keep a clean sheet more than anything else. I'd change our goalkeeper though, I'd give Sam Sargeant a runout, Davis should've done this 3 weeks ago IMO.

Hopefully a few more of the youngsters who Davis binned off will be back in the squad for more options.

All the part time sides who've played on our pitch so far this season have tired by the end of the game, as our pitch is alot bigger than what they're used to. Sadly for us, they've also always been winning by the end! :bg:

Three Kent teams top of the form table, disproving the belief that having so many teams in one division would dilute the available talent and see everyone struggle.

The bar has been set high and anything but a good Maidstone win over Solihull will be seen as a disappointment.

Why on Earth are you walking from Stratford? Use Leyton. The clue’s in the name.

The Star is alright. Used to be a big coke n’ punchup pub, but it’s been gentrified.

The Tech is a boozer for hipster wankers who don’t mind spending £5 on a pint of Moldovan wheat beer. Food is decent, if served on everything except a plate. Think the soup comes in a watering can.

If I see anything other than a draw today there needs to be an immediate investigation into match fixing.

Unchanged team for us unsurprisingly. Boreham Wood appear to have a bench made up entirely of forwards.

Rovers managed to loan a couple of midfielders, including Olly Banks from Oldham, who starts. Norburn fit to start too, so things looking a bit better than a couple of days ago.
