First impressions: Not hugely comfortable in front of a camera, or full of grand promises about where he'll take us, but perhaps that's not a bad thing.
He's not massively flush with cash, but he's got enough to meet the old owner's valuation and clearly pumped some money in to get recent signings over the line. Overall we can't glean much from this press conference, but from what people have said he's a football man first and foremost and I have no reason to doubt that from what I've seen.
Some slightly odd body language in the press conference but that can be put down to the uncertainty of something new after years of stagnation. Interview with the website is better, wants a close relationship with the fans, says the fan culture in England is a big part of his attraction to the club.
Looks like he's not bringing his own board members straight away, and has not bought the ground, which remains the property of all 3 previous owners, 2 of which sold their stake in the football club some years ago. So it's transition instead of a big revolution. Already linked with more foreign players, who have been of varying quality so far, but everyone was forthright that team selection is completely in the coach's hands/
Mr Lemsagam's main motivation seems to be passion for football and its fans, rather than vanity or money, which is vital for any football club owner.
Cautious watchful optimism.
