Well done Shrewsbury! I must say from the games we've played them that Shrewsbury have been superb and super professional. They work so hard to each other and do all the basics right. I think they're a beacon to all L1 teams next season for what you can achieve if you really push yourselves.

Good luck in the final, I know you have an awful record at Wembley but I'm really hoping this is finally your time

the Morris challenge happened right in front of us and for me the Charlton lad did what all their team did for the 90 minutes, went down far to easily after minimal or no contact

Sorry, but that's rubbish. Morris clearly elbowed him in the head and it was Bauer's commendable non- reaction that probably led to him staying on the pitch.

Your lot kicked lumps out of us in the first half so the comment about going down easily is a joke too. Rodman is lucky to not have seen red imo too when he left his foot in so his studs grazed down Djiksteel's leg and watched him as he fell, he knew exactly what he was doing.

See where you see it as kicking lumps out of you I saw it as your lot going down like far too easily even after minimal and in some cases no contact. Thats the beauty of being a football supporter, most fans think their team was hard done by especially when they lose. As I said previously, real time I thought it was a pen and was surprised when it wasnt given but the ref was in a much beter place than me.

Re.Morris I've still yet to see it back as it wasnt included in the highlights package I saw. Some people have said it could have been red, others yellow, others a harsh yellow and some even nothing at all. Just shows what a tough job the referees have.

No, you were just flying into challenges. It was quite clear. I’m not moaning per say, it’s the ref’s job to handle it and frankly he was awful yesterday and unfortunately for us most decisions went against us. The penalty incident is the most blatant penalty you’ll see.

I also don’t think we were hard done by, you’ll see from my earlier posts that I don’t think those decisions affected the tie and we were rightly beaten by a better team but I will defend our players if they’ve been accused of something I don’t believe they’ve done.

Anyone got the extended highlights to see this incident? I just checked them out, looks like Charlton should have had a penalty for handball as well - he definitely moved his arm into that

We should equally have had a penalty in the first leg - them's the break's I'm afraid

Re the Morris challenge - it didn't look that bad in real time, the centre-back ran across Morris's path and Morris put up his arm to try and stop him/get in front - it was a foul and the ref gave it as such. In slow motion from several angles it looks worse but I certainly don't think there was any intent to elbow, it was just a coming together It was absolutely nothing compared to Matt Rheads challenge/assault on our keeper in the Chechatrade trophy final, where there was clear intent to injure..

We are not a dirty team - physical yes but not dirty/cynical as we seem to be being painted - i think someone looked up the stats and Charlton have a way worse disciplinary record over the season.

Charlton plays were going down very easily, particularly Forster-Caskey, who was in the refs ear all game.

Never said Shrewsbury were a dirty side but there was around a 10 minute spell in that first half where they were.

I'll defend Shrewburys stance here, when we played Charlton (Graysons fisrt game in charge) they were going down like they'd been shot. After Robinson was playing hell about bog standard tackles. I though with the type of player Bowyer was he'd have stamped that sort of thing out, but he might next season.

We weren’t going down easily though.

We are going to be without two of our first teamers tonight due to injury which are massive losses. Matt Gilks, are starting keeper went off injured in the first leg and won't be fit for this. That means Rory Watson, making about his 5th ever career start will play in goal.

A bigger loss is at right back though, Jordan Clarke is injured. Our form completely dropped when he got injured and picked up again when he was fit. We're gonna have to play Marnick Vermijl (who is fucking awful) instead.

Not too confident.

It’s written in the stars for the iron tonight, they will coast through to the final. Pedoham 1-3 Scunthorpe with 879 casualties caused by Lance and his boys.

Think Rotherham wanted more seats and then couldn't sell it out.

Scunthorpe haven't sold out either by the looks of it.

Also, Scunny's delivery from wide has been dreadful. Floaty crosses the Rovrum keeper is plucking out the air easily.

Neither of those were yellows, the Rotherham players keep going down like they’ve been shot.

Scunny have squandered a few decent chances in the last 5 mins, can't see a way back for them now.
