Garson needs either to get into this game or subbed he is anonymous currently although I think key now for Carlisle is just to get to half time 1 down then regroup

We only have ourselves to blame though, we went right back to the cagey keep it tight approach that hasn’t worked for months when the ‘go for it’ approach worked so well last week.

Last season's L2 playoffs were godawful too.

Like I said further up, none of the teams in them this season are that decent. Poor crop 22/23. I don't even think Northampton and Stevenage are that good and while Orient have been consistent they're definitely not usual champions material. Any other season, Orient are a 2nd/3rd place team with Northampton and Stevenage in the playoffs and one or two of the four that made the playoffs missing out.

The reaction has been good we need to come out the blocks second half. Think Stockport have played better but we look more dangerous

Bigger worry at present is it just is not looking like being our day, they score from a fluke and we get two players totally free in box and the headers fail to go in, hope they can give it a good go second half.

Yeah fair enough on the match, was commenting more on the season as a whole though. Hasn't been a classic by any stretch of the imagination, in my opinion.

This is the problem for Carlisle the defence isn’t that good and needs cover so game should become more open.

But I’d much rather have a go of it and let in a second than do little and lose 1-0 to a deflection.

Fair play to Carlisle, shown some real heart there. Will see if they’ve got much left for another big push in extra time after putting a lot into coming back there.

Glad for our fans we had that last 20 minutes game was looking finished on 70 minutes.

May have missed our chance had Stockport rocking but at least now we can win or loss know we have had to make other side work bloody hard for it.

We need a winner in extra time knowing sky they will switch off the pens to go to their beloved premiership!

Think personally Carlisle need to win this in extra time I don’t fancy pens with our goalie anyone who has done homework will know aim for bottom corners when taking pens.
