Were a plc, all our accounts are publically available every year.

It's other clubs that don't follow suit I see Mansfield were released yesterday too, no profit and loss account no wage details nothing. Just a 150k loss, chairman putting in 250k of shares and still 4.4m of os loans.

Unfortunately the majority of clubs are like Mansfield and publish the bare minimum they have too when what should happen is every thing should be publically available for scrutiny.

Even the largesse of filthy rich fan owners has its limits. Despite the early bluster this fella won’t want to spaff away ad infinitum his fortune, especially when it’s being spent freely by thick as feck footballing types. Like most of us he’s still expecting his talented squad to come good, although I sense the lot down the road are getting a tad twitchy. UTC.

I think its pretty widely accepted that only a very small percentage of owners EVER get back what they have invested into football clubs. Obviously Mr Hallett doesn't have a bottomless pit of money so it will be interesting to see what the plan will be in say two or three years time when the club SHOULD be self sustainable. Rome wasn't built in a day but we are certainly putting foundations in place for a prosperous future.
