Starting to see a clearer picture of the league now with only three weeks until the opener.

Teams that I reckon will have a go at the top six (at this stage) are Wednesday, Boro, Brentford, Brum, Norwich etc.

At the other end, Bolton, Bristol City, Millwall, QPR all look pretty shite. Expect Forest will struggle again as well.

Still going to wait until August to make my final prediction, though I think Leeds, Boro, Sheffield Wednesday, Brentford, Norwich, Villa, and the sheep shaggers will be in and around the top six. As it stands, us, Bolton and Millwall will be fighting against relegation.

Wendesday and Boro will be top end. Wednesday probably be playoffs again. Brum midtable, Bristol City lower mid table (about 15th).

Bolton & Burton to struggle.

Finding it very hard to place where we will finish this season, will probably say 10th. Knocking on the playoffs consistently but never quite making it.

Once we sign a goalkeeper we shouldn't be much weaker than last season, with a young squad and time to improve this window.

I don't think we can take last season too much into account given how shit the league was. But we did show that we are one of the better teams. I just think a few teams who underachieved last season will go above us, plus one or two big spenders.

If we manage to sign a top striker, which is our aim but looking more unlikely by the day, then top 6.

Admittedly, my knowledge isn't what it used to be when it comes to the rest of the division, based on what I can guess:

Two out of Aston Villa, Derby County, Fulham, Middlesbrough, Norwich, Reading & Sheff Wed to be promoted automatically.

Six out of Aston Villa, Brentford, Cardiff, Derby, Fulham, Leeds, Middlesbrough, Norwich, Reading, Wednesday, Sunderland & Wolves to make the top six.

Three out of Bolton, Bristol, Burton, Ipswich, Millwall, Forest, Preston & QPR to be relegated.

The reason I've done it this way is because I would be very surprised to see any other team finish in the top two other than those stated, although I wouldn't be surprised to see Brentford make the play-offs and Reading or Derby to finish 9th/10th (if you get my drift) it all depends on who, out of those top two candidates, can get their act together.

I'd be very surprised to see any other team than those stated for relegation go down. Although, there's plenty of time left for some teams to make good signings..etc

You feeling alright mate?
Surprised myself in all honesty. I wrote out all the teams and was ticking them off, but fucking hell there's some shite in this league that even we shouldn't finish below. We'll see.

You could buy Burton Albion and their entire squad for what we paid for Neves.

Don't deride my predictions. Every League has shocks and twists. Millwall always do well on their return to The Championship. Burton stayed up last year. I imagine they will have a settled team and improve upon their performances. I imagine Cardiff will lose Zohore. There is a trend for midfield strugglers to go down the next season. I rate Warnock but a slow start to the season will see him sacked by the Malaysian Marauder. Wolves will struggle like fuck. Do you think the likes of Neves and Espírito Santo know about this division?? They remind me of their previous incarnation of 2012 2013. Brentford are a small club for this level and I fancy them to lose Jota and Vine before the start of the season

To be honest I think the relegation battle this year will be like 2012 2013 when Peterborough got relegated with 54 points. It's a quality league. Much more entertaining than The PL

Zohore isn't going anywhere, at least not in this window. Even if he did leave we have more than enough to stay up comfortably. I'll agree on Tan though, no fucker knows what is on his mind. He's just as likely to sack him if we're 1st or 21st.
