Was fun being top while it lasted. Not catching Wigan now, they won't drop points in 2 games out of their 6. Well on our way to making second place our own though.

Four points needed from four games. The fat lady is clearing her pipes. Unfortunately Shrewsbury have Bury next so no Blackpool weekend party this time round. Tuesday night in the arse end of Bristol will have to do.

There's a real worry about the gap getting bigger between the championship and league 1, all 3 relegated teams who were gash last season could find themselves walking back up at the first time of asking.

Money is leaking down from the premier league, but stopping in the championship, something needs to be done to make it fairer. Or this could become a regular occurrence, and we may as well just watch fucking rugby league.

Top 2 done and dusted then, Peterborough's play off hopes have faded big time after that, Plymouth and Scunthorpe with games in hand on them.

Congratulations. Wigan have taken a lot of flack down here but by far and away the best side so well deserved.

Congratulations to Wigan, it'll be interesting to see what Paul Cook will do with you lot next season.

That's if he doesn't leave for West Brom in the summer, of course.

Congratulations Wigan who should go on to win the division now. Blackburn should confirm their place on Tuesday.

Congratulations to Wigan. Do you reckon you will make a better effort next season than last time you were up there?

If we keep Cook, don’t sell our best players and make a few upgrades in key areas then I’m quietly confident. If not then it’s another relegation battle. Go down the Barnsley route of selling all our players and it’s only a matter of time before we’re back here whether it be next season or the season after. Cook is the key man though, feel like I’m a decent judge of a manager and I said that Caldwell would struggle in the Championship. Cook is the real deal and while we’ve got him I’m confident we’ll be okay.

Easily the best team seen at Highbury this season, the Cod Army were battered. Lovely touch by Paul Cook in the first half when he went over to Ashley Hunter to compliment him, quality manger, of course it will be a different kettle of fish next year eh.....

Fair play to them, both Wigan and Blackburn are a cut above the rest of the league good luck next season.

Congratulations to Blackburn - start of the recovery ?
Hopefully; Mowbray appears to have Venky's on side so if he gets given a decent transfer kitty then who knows what could happen. I'd be happy with a season of mid-table mediocrity after the past few years but we could do what Sheffield United and Millwall are doing with a bit of luck (and £££).

Still the title to play for, but tbh I think you'll win both you remaining games.
I'm just happy to get auto's because those playoffs can be a lottery.
Hope Shrewsbury make it through they pushed us all the way and imo deserve it.

I'd like Shrewsbury to come up, relatively local and a new team up here.

Failing that, Charlton, for another London trip.
