Could still be come end of May. Plenty of fight in the old dog yet.

In the end the advantage of playing before you paid off, weve deserved it though in the 2nd half of the season. We had Norwich, Leeds, villa, west Brom and Wednesday all away in one spell and didnt lose any. And since boxing day at home weve won every home game barring 2. Those 2 the only games we even conceded in.

Well done Blades. Nice to see a good entertaining manager and team get rewarded. My fears of Leeds being our biggest threat were confirmed yesterday. They were the stronger team yesterday but fuck me did we battle hard. I’d prefer Leeds in the final rather than have them over two legs. Elland Road is one tough place to go when the fans are up for it.

It’s always an enjoyable day at Leeds. Shite KO time and day to have a footy game, but great game. Never been any rivalry with Leeds as far as I can remember, but yesterday might change that from our point of view.

Watford v Leeds 2006 playoff final is currently on sky , very similar season to this year, us and Leeds battling for 2nd, we got it and they got hammered in the final, things could be looking good for west Brom or villa.

When they announcing TV games for Sunday, surely us and Norwich should be on considering the title is up for grabs, hopefully not waiting to see what happens in the shit race for 6th.:)

Ha why would I get wound up by that, he's no Roland is he.

Roland wouldn’t even have a clue if any of our local rivals had been promoted. In fact, he probably wouldn’t even know if we had.

Bladesman sent it me, wasn't fussed, shows our chairman is a class act.

Probably glad to have one less policing bill to pay!

I think Sky are waiting till the games tonight and tomorrow before decided who is on.

It would only be one match I think.

Fucking love Richard Stearman, those videos of the celebrations are brilliant.

Stearman has been a fantastic buy for us and he’s really popular with our fans.

The reason is, due to the impressive form of our centre backs he’s struggled to play many matches, so you would assume he’s not happy with the situation but no.

1: When he does play (to cover injuries and suspensions) he looks surprisingly good integrating fantastically well into the defence as though he’s played every match of the season.

However the real reason for his popularity is his character and attitude, almost like a vice captain.

2: He’s been a massive influence in the dressing room, supporting his fellow younger central defenders. Basically Wilder has brought a genuinely close family spirit into the club and Stearman has massively bought into it.

Congratulations Norwich on the title, great season for you but I'm more than happy with 2nd place, great achievement. As for the playoffs it will be funny if Leeds continue this run of form.

More similar than you think.

This nutcase still trying to imply that Wilder didn’t take the job because our fans scared him off
