Getting a bit pissed off at the decisions that go against us every single week. Perfectly good winning goal wiped out for a “foul” today. Off the back of Gayles antics Tuesday, that’s four points taken off us.

Evens itself out apparently... if that’s the case I’m expecting us to be gifted a four game winning streak.

Like I said, we’ve had our fair share of shit performances but the amount of points lost by officiating is stacking up rapidly. Can think of 8-10 points that have been lost due to just a completely wrong decision. It’s actually ruining our season

2 wins in 13 games for us in all competitions. Can’t believe how bad we’ve became. Zero chance of play offs now, so i’ll move over to the mid table thread.

Actually feel sorry for you lot now, not even taking the piss. A mass clearout of 90% of the playing squad is needed i think. Play the kids, anybody who gives a fuck about the Villa shirt.

Most of them know they won’t be here next season so couldn’t care less. Yet again it will be ANOTHER transition season and a complete overhaul.

Do you think you’ve missed your chance in terms of promotion from this league? I’m just looking at your squad on Wednesday and it’s not half as good as it was. Dodgy keeper in net, CBs not up to the standard that Dean, Mepham and Egan were barring arguably Konsa (I know Egan wasn’t brilliant for you)?

Then in midfield Woods the obvious loss, no pre-injury Judge or Pritchard type player, an out of sorts Canos out wide and a 30 year old you sold a few years back out wide....

I just think you should’ve come to a point where you held on to everyone for a season and thought fuck it and had a go. There’s still quality in the squad in players like Watkins and Maupay, but nothing like what you’ve had in seasons prior to this one.
I think that’s fair. Particularly with the sale of Mepham we look a lot weaker. We work on three year cycles, and this summer will probably see a lot of players leave but we’re in a much better situation financially than we’ve been in a long long time.

Arguably our best squad was in our first year here, will take a while to meet those heights unfortunately.

I reckon we’ll be around the 10-16 mark most seasons, and hopefully over time we can build ourselves back up though it is certainly harder to do that than it was

How you going to shift half of this lot?

The loans will go elsewhere. Grealish will leave and I don’t blame him. The rest of the bomb squad will be hard to shift but cut our losses and get rid.

Yeah I’d tend to agree, especially now clubs like Preston and to some extent us are buying in the same market. Tougher competition for players, though you must be a very attractive proposition for young lower league players.

Great stuff. I said the other day as an outside shout neither Jones or Smith will live to see the end of the season.
If Stoke sack Jones it would be a massive mistake. It’s the players who are the problem there, likes of Williams, Shawcross, Bojan, Berahino etc. Big egos and wage packets who simply don’t give a toss and think they’re bigger than the club, the management and the Championship. Stoke won’t go anywhere unless they have a monsterous clear out in the summer.

League table will be interesting when we add to Bristol City's winless run next Saturday.

Lee Johnson Syndrome is so sad, must be hard for the family watching a loved one completely forget what the fuck they did in the first half of the season.

I don't think you can write off Boro. If it wasn't for our 14th minute equaliser they'd be 4 points off us with a game in hand. Dark horses for me are Boro, sneaking up on the outside with a miserly defence and a "promotion specialist" at the helm

As a Leeds fan I've usually lost track of the race for automatic promotion by now, but what a ding-dong it's turning into. Imagine if the PL had a top 5 within (potentially) 6 points of each other after 34 games? It really would be the "best league in the world", like Div1 used to be before the PL and CL sterilized it

Is the race for top 2 usually this unpredictable?

Also is anyone else loving the fact it's really warm and there's still a quarter of the season left? Lads in shorts and t shirts at Elland Rd on Saturday, and I had a Strongbow Dark Fruit instead of a Fosters. Would have preferred an Elvis Juice

All getting very close. Hope Bristol can have a wobble and their run in doesn’t look too kind.

the financial situation is very important for us. But i think, after 3/4 seasons in the first 10 of championship and new stadium don't you think that the BFC wants to try to enter into the Premier League?

They are working very well for me. This season if there had not been "blackout" after the change of coach for 8/10 matches now would find himself fighting for a place in the playoffs.

Next season they will sale some players for sure, but BFC can replace them finding young players to launch.

Do you think about?

Yesterday was our poorest performance for some time, we were very pedestrian.
Worrying for us, good for the chasers though.

Surely can't be the 2nd year in a row where your season falls apart after playing Wolves?
