Well, yeah. But it wasn’t. The game was called off because of the failure of Macclesfield FC. It’s the same bollocks that covers the Bolton fiasco.
Some clubs have had a gimme 3 points and a racking up of their goal difference. Others have had to play a hugely more competitive side.
It’s down to fairness.
It's different though as nobody has had a gimme 3 points off Macclesfield, they're actually a decent team when they're not on strike. From Crewe's perspective this is no different to any other reason for a game being postponed, the reasons are between Macclesfield and the EFL and nothing to do with Crewe
