Sounds like we need to get Devon Lad in the Ian Greaves Upper tier to understand how not every fan is ridiculously bias. All guilty of it sometimes no doubt, but some make more of a effort to take it down a few notches, you should try it mate.
You're evidently biassed and you've made it clear as feck today.

Guess will be an Exeter fan for the day next Saturday. Terrible day for us. Our GD advantage almost wiped out by Northampton and below them on points. Could not have gone worse really.

You'll have to look at the permutations, because if we win next Saturday we might need to beat you the following week for the title.

Definitely in with a shout of the playoffs....automatic you've got no chance I'm afraid.

I see Clough has started blaming decisions not only against his own side but also decisions that went for rivals like us as part of the reason that you've dropped off.

We all have ups and downs in terms of referees and we have had our fair share of luck in terms of decisions recently but then we've had decisions go against us too. A stonewall penalty against Salford comes to mind but I'll bet there will be more. There's nothing wrong with critiquing a referee's performance (I did on Monday)but it strikes of desperation when you're using it as a reason for being where you are.

Ultimately the best teams will finish in the top places irrelevant of refereeing decisions. Even if a decision has gone against them, they are usually good enough to overcome the opposition anyway.
Got more chance than you enjoy the play offs

Thank god we’ve got 9 days off as we look knackered.

Results largely went ok which makes today more frustrating but got to hope for a favour of Exeter. Not all lost but a huge missed opportunity this season looks on the cards.

7 points in 3 games against FGR, Salford and Sutton. depending what happens with Oldham we'd be safe - but Exeter, Swindon and Northampton will get get easy matches against us. We could have a big say in the play off picture.

On todays showing, I'd be suprised if Northampton let this slip.

With Stevenage now safe, Mansfield must win Tuesday or IMO its bewteen Northampton and Port Vale.

Well done FGR, well deserved.
We will win on tuesday

Yep agree with that. If Mansfield win on Tuesday then I think that’ll rule us out as we’d be needing too many teams to drop points. If Mansfield drop points though there is a chance as the fixture list now favours us

It's classic Vale really. Any other team 5 points clear with 5 to go would have had this sewn up by now.

Now suddenly, Northampton suddenly become world beaters after their fans showed zero enthusiasm for them only a couple of weeks ago. Walsall play like Brazil 1970 when they've got nothing to play for and we play like the dog and duck.

We look knackered and I wouldn't fancy us to do anything in the playoffs.

Northampton will comfortably get the two wins they need.

It's a shame really because they'll just come straight back down the following season. They've had more than their fair share of promotions in recent years. We've had 1 in 30 years..1!

Evans will love nothing more than to spoil it for us on Tuesday, and one thing he’s good at is getting his players riled up for the occasion.

For the teams who have a chance of finishing in the play offs, is there any team in particular you definitely don't fancy?

I have to say that Northampton would worry me, despite them being awful both times this season, as they seem to be hitting some fine form and they're churning out result after result. Mansfield would be the other one I'd be weary of as you never know what team is going to turn up. Vale I would have, but after our recent game and today's result - less worried, but still a few games to go

We look dead on our feet to be honest. We're not going to be much of a threat as it stands. Over 2 legs, Mansfield, Bristol Rovers would beat us easily. We might have a chance against Sutton and Salford as both teams have been dog awful when we've played them.

Well that was sensational. First half we could have scored more than the 4 tbh, not sure when we turned into Brazil. Not sure what it is about Orient but we have scored some worldies there in recent times. Mitch Pinnock hit an absolute screamer today. Probably our best 45 minutes of the season.

Very frustrating we couldn't have scraped have got the 3 points against Bradford a few weeks back but we seem to be hitting form at the right time. Not sure where this has come from but the fan base seems to have united a bit also.

What a HUGE game for us next week against Exeter. We have a great record against them at home but its still a massive game. Back in our hands which i didnt think we would be saying tbh.

As the Vale fan mentioned, we have had our shot at L1 a few times in recent years..... but hopefully we make it a third!

Brizzle Rovers have pretty straight forward games now (on paper) so I could see them getting max points. If Vale get some players back then i can see them getting points again.

Still, 2 wins now and we are up. COME ON THE TOWNNNNN.

We are basically up now barring a major implosion. Will be nice to be able to go to Northampton without needing a result there. A draw against Barrow should be enough.
