I don't get why closing it as it's been a nationwide debate, Talksport, Sky Sports etc so surely something that should be discussed on the forum.

Yes Tom did come across as a complete cnut. I nearly stopped using the forum after not being able to comment on the swindon match because of the petulant child. Ill give her one more chance though.

Back to the game. Vale to finally find our scoring boots. 3-0 home win

Just to stop you all fucking crying about it, I've re-opened it. Discuss it to your hearts content.

Hopefully he will play instead of Kelly. Still not sure what our best 11 is. O'Connor to return soonish hopefully too.

Andoh is quality, Kelly is inconsistent, not sure on him yet, looked quality against Getafe when I saw him, did ok against Crewe, had a mare against Gills when he came on.

In terms of Oakey... Will he just walk into the side? Maybe for Foley I guess but he's done alright, miss his set pieces though, wonder if he could play in the Dodds role mind.

What is the Dodds role? Laze about for 8 years pretending to be a footballer? ;) actually to be fair i quite like dodds and he is having his best start to a season for us so far and it would a little harsh to drop him for Oakey at the minute. MOC will have to work hard for his place back in the team for me.

Looking at their highlights they have some oaf of a centre half playing right back so hopefully Andoh will start and give him the runaround. Kelly hasn't impressed me at all either, looks lost on the pitch.

When Yeovil went up Foley played predominantly wide left, Oaky back in, Foley left side or Andoh when fit, Kelly looks scared to me and no confidence, even Ryan Lloyd looked better than him in his 20 mins on Tuesday.

We have somehow managed to decline from last season despite having a much better squad on paper.

I hate our dirty manager with every inch of my body.

In the words of Alan Partridge... lovely stuff.

We've had a big fence installed on the car park and around the away end to box fans in, think there was some "police intelligence" for this fixture last season which meant it was over policed. Anyway, we've gone one step further this time for the safety of the home fans with Doncaster in town :2thumb:

What an absolute load of bollox going to your ground is, actively trying to stop away supporters going.

Police and Council not our decision unfortunately. 'Intel' on your nutters coming again I guess!

They can't be older than 12-17 years and 4stone wet through, a strong gust of wind could sort most of them out.

Think it may have had something to do with us playing Millwall in a fortnight as well.

This is Staffs Police though!

Personally never had any problems I have seen home or away with Doncaster

After reading all the statement etc I have to say this is ludicrous for the policing side of it all down to the Co Op sale next door, we had this last year with the Doncaster fixture yet haven't had this with other teams but I have yet to see anything of note trouble wise in our meetings with Rovers!

So I now can't go in my own club house tomorrow because of this (Away fans only) is just crazy.

It's pathetic and bound to antagonise which is creating a problem that wasn't there other than in the minds of Staffs police but then as football supporters are we not just a pack of rabid dogs?

Doncaster Rovers are a big scalp in league one so teams are going to come here and sit in and play for a draw so you have to get at teams early with some pace

Donny, a big scalp?
A big scalp? Donny?
That sounds like a 14 year old who has never left Doncaster and spends his entire day sitting in his room thinking that Paul Dickov is an instruction!
