Hopefully we don't get drawn into all this Charlton circus and just concentrate on ourselves.

Hahaha.

Just admit you've got a bumper crowd because of Wrexham. No shame in it, it isn't just you. Every away we've played so far as yielded that club's highest home crowd so far this season, and the only one where we didn't, we were just 6 supporters off.

I don’t doubt it being Wrexham has played a part, it’s not a coincidence this is the game they’ve picked to invite the Youtuber as I already said, the club have obviously used this fixture to get a bumper crowd in.

6,000 extra Charlton fans haven’t decided they want to watch Wrexham. Of course some will be there thinking they’ll get a glimpse of Rob and/or Ryan but it’ll be majority kids and virgins who are there for Goldbridge.

We have but I don't think it's from actual Charlton fans. I can't imagine the fans who haven't been to a game for a while and turn out for the big games are any more bothered by Wrexham than they are Birmingham. I'd imagine it's a bunch of tourists and young locals who support other teams turning up. Hopefully the latter enjoy it and come back to watch us more.

Have Wrexham sold out the away end now? Must be one of your bigger away games in a while.

The Valley looks like it’ll be a depressing place for actual Charlton fans this weekend then

Not expecting much at Adams Park, our record there is shocking - W2 L10 - never drawn though!

Grinded out a much needed win on Tuesday, but we still lack goals and have some injuries all of a sudden to cope with.

About 2 months before Richard Kone signed for Wycombe last season, my two mates went to watch Newham who he was playing for in the Essex Senior League, the ground is more of a leisure complex than a ground. Anyway Newham beat Ilford 3-0, Kone scored a hatrick and my two mates said he was miles and miles ahead of anything they’d ever seen at that level, he ran the game himself and ran ilford ragged. We checked his scoring record and agreed that he wouldn’t be there for much longer, but a big suprise that a league One side took a gamble on an Essex Senior League player. Having said that I believe Wycombe had to sponsor his Visa, which may have put other clubs off. His story is a unique one, not many players come out of Newham on a regular basis!

If RR walked infront of me i wouldn’t know who he was, and i can’t even remember the name of the other bloke, so the fanfare doesn’t work for me but im indifferent to it - it’s more interesting happening at this level than yet another PL club.

Home to Stockport.

Probably a bit more significance on this after the brain fart on Tuesday night. I think it was the performance, or lack of, that irked supporters more than anything. Pretty much every shot against us has gone in, in the last couple of games as well so we'll obviously look to tighten up a little.

The six or so positional/personnel experimental changes in midweek backfired so I'd be hugely surprised if we didn't revert to the side that started the Birmingham game with McGrandles, Cadamarteri and Moylan coming back in, moving Darikwa back to RWB and Jefferies to LWB.

Doesn't sound like Makama will be fit enough to start and Jackson is still injured. Hackett and Hamilton continue to get minutes after long term injuries.

I think man flu might defeat me for this, will see what tomorrow brings!

Ok. Given 15 years in the national league and having not played at the valley since the 80s, I thought it'd be quite an attractive game but forgot about the massive game midweek.

It is, don't get me wrong.

Think 2500 is a decent effort for us.

Bootlegger > Goldcunt.
Bootlegger's gone shite now...no Wxm stuff anymore, dunno what's happened there, it's how he became widely known!

Now he just posts mundane stuff from his 'working man's villa' (static caravan) with his 'Orright lads' intro along with the gruff laugh...a bit of a ramble and that's it!

Charlton clearly hoping for a bunch of Soccerball fans that happen to be in London sightseeing turning up.

No excuses though, sickening behaviour.
This. But I still hope Charlton go bust now.

Never heard of that you tube fella. Do people really go to games these days to bump into Z-list celebs?

I met a proper celeb Kelsey Grammer once at a Rovers game in our West stand but that was purely by chance.

That goldbridge is a idiot. Anybody buying a half n half scarf should be denied entry too the ground.

Any extra Charlton fans who fancy seeing us will be disappointed, we're so boring away.
Expecting a 2-1 defeat. Light uptop at the moment, barely made a chance Tuesday

Goldbridge? Isn’t he meant to be claiming to follow United these days? Despite growing up a Forest fan..

At least the watch along is live from the ground, probably the first time the virgin has ever watched a game of football in the flesh

Got too big for his boots. And didn't handle that Wrexham Lager thing very well.

Am I the only person who have never heard of this Goldbridge person?

He's unavoidable on twitter. If you don't use that (can hardly blame you since it went all noncey and fash) then just be glad!
