Very intense first ten minutes but couldn't sustain the pressure, Swindon have come back into it and could've scored. They're at sixes and sevens defensively though

We've had 2 leftbacks go off injured in the first half. Not sure we have 3.

Two poor to average teams but Tranmere defending much better than us, despite our lion's share of possession (consisting of pointless five yard passes across the back), Goal was a bit farcical, corner drifted all the way and it's been put down as on OG though think Turnbull did the hard work of sending it goalwards. We've shown the odd sign and might rescue something but wish we could clear our lines better.

Had the better of the first 30 minutes against Notts County but didn't make it count with a goal. Faded and let them come back into it, but finished the half stronger. Need to grab a goal in the first 15 minutes of the 2nd half, as the players will fade and we don't have any changes to bring on to freshen it up.

Ok recently we’ve been absolute shite but today that’s not the case, much better than Morecambe but we’ve still found a way to be behind but this 45 is much better than any recent performances.
Not getting the rub of the green today so far but keep this up second half and we should get something, guaranteed whatever happens though Adams will say that they were the better side.

Ref pulled up with a hamstring strain, stopped the game and walked off with Notts an extremely promising counter 90+3 and then the linesman in front of the away end gave a ridiculous handball penalty to Crewe 90+4 that the replacement ref about a foot away from waved away. He isn’t coming back.

Anyway, Swindon probably the worst team I’ve seen when it comes to defending. Proper comedy stuff on another day when we’re playing at our best it would have been a cricket score line. Never a doubt we were winning this one even at 1-0 and 2-1.

Thought Crewe started well and then we largely controlled the next 65 mins or so, but 0-0 would’ve been fine. The officiating in stoppage time an absolute disgrace.

Solid win. We're looking strong for one of the two available promotion places. Challinor's men were up after the win at Crewe, promotion was sealed then. Today's win confirms them as convincing champions, good luck to them I say, we can follow their lead.
