Didn't deserve to lose but didn't deserve to win either.

Seventh bottom is league two but some people don't think the hierarchy at this club isn't the problem.

Solid win. We're looking strong for one of the two available promotion places. Challinor's men were up after the win at Crewe, promotion was sealed then. Today's win confirms them as convincing champions, good luck to them I say, we can follow their lead.
If the title race is going to be with us and you I'd rather one of us runaway with it. CBA with all the divvies on Twitter and the weirdos joining club message boards to be WUMs. Be nice not to have to panic about trying to get a Wrexham away ticket as well if it's going down to the wire like the NL season. (Wish I didn't manage to luck out on a ticket that time, mind).

Frustrating that we've gone on a mental run that in any other season we would probably be about 10+ points clear. Going to be a very high points total for top three this season.

Some late equalisers feel more like winners.

First away point since the beginning of April. First time we’ve gone 2 without defeat since around that time.

That is comfortably the maddest end to a game I’ve ever seen in like 20 years of watching Notts. I do not know what any of the officials were doing, just completely lost the plot.

We were the better team and deserved something from the game.

We'll get relegated if that fat c*** Sparks sees the season out.

Orient were on 39 this time last season, Stevenage on 36

As for a title race, couldn't give a toss, top three go up so it's all about creating a gap to fourth

Comfortable game that really. Started really well. Gillingham grew into the game without really creating a decent chance. Did think we got away with a handball just before half time for a penalty.

They had a lot of the ball but didn't cause to many issues 2nd half. Solid 2-0 win.
George Evans looking a brilliant signing. Johnny Williams their stand out player. Was surprised how poor Bonne was, always been decent against us in the past

Running battles all around the ground now, never seen anything like it. The ref has caused anarchy haha.

Mansfield only draw games apparently

Turned out to be a relatively comfortable win at salford, despite the best efforts of the ref who was bordering on the ridiculous at times.

Professional display tbh, good to get another win.

16 league games unbeaten, keep it going lads.

Gave our usual goal away. Luckily scored a pretty decent equaliser quite quickly. Game was full of bad defending ( both sides) and officiating. The lino down our side never gave a decision all day without asking the refs permission.

Will Wright hits a shot ( should have left the misspelling in).from distance. First off I thought it had screamed in the top corner but when it was replayed on the screen the keeper got both hands to it but couldn't keep it out.

The third was a penalty. Down the other end but the ref was close. Sent the offender off .

Good to be back to winning ways but some of the defending in that game will have me opening a Cattery.

Yet weirdly, in amongst all the chaos, they got every decision right in the last ten minutes.

That doesn't excuse that the first ref was shite for 80 minutes, or that the game should have been out of sight before half time, but the result was probably the fairest one based on the game. Notts had 15 minutes of domination towards the end but didn't really look threatening, and opened themselves up to counters. One of which only just went over, and the second was a pretty stonewall handball for the winning penalty.

Notts didn't look like a second placed team at all. Stockport, Mansfield, Wrexham, amongst others all looked comfortably better and it surprised me how lacklustre Notts looked.

As hard as it is to concede in the 98th minute, I'm not sure any Notts fan would argue that the right team won today.

Walking off the pitch cos you’re a bit hurt with a team pouring forward on the counter?

VAR decision… good call.

I mean he's done a hamstring and couldn't keep up with play - it's unfortunate for sure but what's he supposed to do?

He should clearly have let the move continue and allowed his linesman to make any sort of contentious decisions that might have happened down the end if he couldn’t keep up. It was insane.

I'm not 100% sure what the rules are on that, but even so that isn't what cost Notts the game.

You immediately pressed us from the drop ball, broke and won an extremely contentious penalty. It contributed somewhat.

The assistants are only there to assist, if the ref feels he's unable to do his job because of injury he's every right to stop play there and then.

The ref can choose to allow play to continue until the ball goes out of play but they don't have to. By the sound of it, he probably should've let play continue.

I have no doubt this is correct under the laws. I also think the failure to apply a little bit of sense to a specific situation is absolutely mad. He’s basically single handedly caused a riot.

What happened to that Carlisle fan who was always on here mocking us? 'League 2 is a huge step up you'll really struggle'.

Think we could be in a higher division than them next year

First half was a bit of scrap with us scoring early then Forest Green having a lot of the ball but not having any idea what to do with it, barring McGee making a wonder save towards the end of the half. Second half was one way traffic and we could have won that by six or seven - hit both posts and their keeper made some great saves. Naturally Norris has got himself injured yet again, which takes the gloss off the result somewhat - we're a completely different team with him up front.

A brave effort today against a side with a much bigger budget. At a stretch could have got something from it but just out muscled. our season has unraveled off the back of a wafer thin squad and starting a season without a left wing back has been a huge mistake. The fixture computer always dealt us a rough run but we have imploded. Need to right the ship and fast
