Couple of relegation dogfight belters in there, Cambridge v Exeter and Gas v Burton being potential brown trousers classics.

We have the mighty Crawley away, them having come off the back of a respectable win v Stevenage.

We’re still yet to truly settle as a team post-the loss of Bloomfield and I don’t think we know what our best XI is yet - whilst a bunch of new January signings is always exciting it can also be disruptive.

No news on Kone’s injury yet and he has often been our single source of true inspiration in games, so I imagine the Crawley fans will be greatly cheered if he doesn’t pass the obligatory late fitness test.

We're going to be knackered for Cambridge. And without Turns now.
Hope they pick themselves up and can get at least a point

Games vs. Lincoln are almost always tough, dour affairs which doesn’t really suit us. We desperately need to learn how to break down teams who are mainly looking to defend because it’s been our Achilles’ Heel all season.

We're away, before anyone considers sticking us in their acca. Don't waste your hard earned.

A loss is expected so anything else is a massive bonus. Just don't let Alfie May score

Hollywood FC at home, so obviously it’s a sell out. We should be full of confidence and with it being 12:30 it’s a great chance to pile some pressure on. Wrexham’s wily old strikers will be a test for young Max Dyche so that’ll be interesting to watch.

Would take a point.

Must not lose Vs Burton.

Ironically it’s 2 in form teams over the last 5/6 games. Our home form has been pretty decent recently, but I just hope we’re fired up for this one

Anyone who puts early games in their acca deserves everything we will be serving up.

I have never rated Dyche previously but fair play to him hes been great since coming back from Woking. Very much a head it / boot it style defender but its working under Nolan, a huge threat the other end also.

We were absolutely Awful at Wrexham and kept conceding the same goal via a Barnett cross, hoping and building in confidence that we can get at least a point here.

We are capable of winning but we always shit ourselves at the back so leave it wide open for chances. Like Saturday when Blackpool scored with the last kick.
On that basis I can see a draw at best which suits you better than us.

Well upfront is probably our biggest weakness now and defence we’re starting to look alright tbh.

I have absolutely no idea how it will go. No result would surprise me tbh

Bolton at home. Another tough one. Ainsworth seems to have sorted out the home form a bit. Having only won 3 times at home in 2024 before he came in in November, we've now won 4 and drawn 1 of the 7 under Ainsworth.

One of the better performances the other night at Reading. Hopefully pick something up to keep the unbeaten run and feelgood factor going.

I haven't seen Bolton post-Evatt's departure but traditionally they have been one of the more ball-to-feet sides in the division, and Ainsworth's spoiling tactics can work quite well against that kind of side.

Hate early kick offs!

Big game and hopefully we can take Tuesday’s performance into Saturday. Yes, we will have some tired bodies but fortunately we can welcome back three players who were cup tied and will likely play a big part (Hartridge, Colwill and new boy Oluwabori). Turns being suspended is a blow though as he looked good on Tuesday.

Cambridge will look at this as a huge opportunity, though and if I were a United fan I’d be expecting three points.

It’ll probably end up 1-1 or something. Loft will definitely score against us.

Sounds like a thrilling 0-0 then…
I certainly don't think it will be nil nil. I live in a house full of Burton supporters ( originally from Swad ) them not me. But I've spent a lot of time in Burton. First game I saw there was 1970FA Trophy versus Bridgwater Town ( What a day that was ) Been to the new(ish ) ground to watch Rovers. Hopefully a good game Sat and of course Rovers win.

Yeah a few on our side seem to think the heartbreak of losing that cup match like that would dent you, but it must be the opposite surely!

But yeah, 100% must win for us, last chance saloon and all that. We have 7 more favourable matches coming up (hard to say that when you're bottom!) and not winning this one would kill any hope remaining.

I'm going for an excruciating watch that finishes 2-1 to us.

Yeah I think the cup will help Exeter, like it seems to have Plymouth
