What on earth has happened to Walsall, our early season runaway leaders ????
At one time they were about a dozen pts ahead of pack (now 7 pts) but are down in 16th on current form with a mere 5 pts !!!
I still believe they will be promoted at end of season but perhaps not as Champions.

There's still a way for Walsall to go to chuck it entirely. But what was looking an impossible scenario isn't so far fetched now.

Perhaps they are doing a repeat of Doncasters form last season, but in reverse.

Will be an interesting game. Donacien should be back fit and available but suspect he will be on the bench. Grigg is 2 weeks away which is a huge boost.

Gillingham couldn't have a better time to play us. Our 3 1st choice centre backs are out, Demetriou, Williams and Knight-Lebel, plus Connolley. Then up top all our forwards are out (Bogle, Long, Hemmings and Lankester) then in midfield on top of that we've got Connor Thomas out, so 9 key 1st team players missing. Leaves us down to the barest of bones. I'd expect our bench will look more like an under 18s bench than a 1st team one.

If I'd have to guess, we will have to change formation and play a back, as we don't have enough, defenders to play with 3 centre backs.

That's what I'd probably do, I'd guess Bell will probably find room for Tabiner though and play an extra midfielder over Thibaut.

I'm expecting a very scrappy game. Their pitch looked like a cabbage patch yesterday. Hoping for a win.

I agree that team will start, but as always I'd swap oldaker for banks and tell tom naylor to stay away from any form of attack.

Agree that 16/5 feels liek value, the lines on our player shots/goals will be higher as well at that price which makes it quite an attractive betting op (will get pumped 4-0 now i've said that)

I know what you mean, although Sheckleford has been class and is good enough IMO. Williams and Grimes lack pace but against a big CF they do well.

Im not the one lacking fight, its our sorry excuse for a squad of players.

We should be worried about relegation. More so than those two teams. We are the most consistently shit team in the football league.

If there were signs of improvement then maybe I could share your optimism, but our form is getting worse. We’ve lost 7 out of our last 8 games. There’s absolutely nothing to suggest our results will suddenly improve enough over the last 16 games.

Tranmere may “only” be 6 points ahead of us, but that might as well be 30 points when we’re getting beat every week. This shower of shit will be lucky to pick up 6 more points full stop.

Colchester are in form. Realistically they should be beating us and I think they will.

Sorry but this team is as nailed on for relegation as I’ve ever seen.

The charming Karl Robinson brings his Salford team to plough lane on Saturday . He always gets a good reception from the Dons faithful !!!!! Horrible man. I expect them to come and be in our faces with a few thuggish tackles flying about. This could be a difficult game but hopefully we can continue with our good home form.
