Bradford at home…..no idea.
If we play like we did against Charlton we could well win, if we play like we did against Tranmere we will definitely lose.
Had two weeks off so no excuses really.
You've no idea about us. Neither have we.

Every chance of getting a win at Salford. Confidence is high. We more or less have a fully fit squad so no reason at all why we can't pick up 3 points. In saying that a point away from home is always decent.
Yes but we're AFC Wimbledon. We fuck up when it isn't expected.

Isn't that ability to fuck up when not expected inherent and a common trait in every lower league club?

God knows about the game, but this is a lovely little festive away trip.

No not really. Other than a poor home performance against Accrington who were very good on the day and a poor 20 minutes at Morecambe our performance level has been fairly consistent this season .

Belshaw chucking a couple in his own net against his boyhood club tomorrow ahead of an inevitable January move home?

Never confident when facing Accrington. They seem to get the better of us more often than not and we tend to struggle with there style. We're still struggling with injuries aswell. I was hoping Tabiner and Long would be back by now but looks like there not, on top of the ones we already have Colckett, Williams and O'Riordan all struggling aswell now.

After 2 poor performances and results vs Grimsby and Bristol Rovers in the cup, we really need to get something out of this, especially with a big game vs Barrow coming next Friday night.

Interested to see how we do tomorrow. We've had a mini revival since Notts debacle but two of our subsequent four wins were in the paint pot trophy and another was against a truly woeful Forest Green.

Only competent side we've played has been Accrington and that could've gone either way.

Win tomorrow and we may well have turned a corner but it should be a more accurate measure of where we are either way.

Trip to the West Midlands to take on Walsall, both teams seem to have improved recently. Apart from Luke Norris recovering from an operation and the banned Jordan Turnbull, Rovers have pretty much a full squad to select from. Hard to call, wouldn't be too upset with a draw.

I've been at every home league match plus Newport away. We've thrown away the lead numerous times although yes, we're great at the moment. Dreading January when Ali is off on international duty and even more if he gets sold.

You're guaranteed to have at least 60% possession, we are allergic to the ball.

Stockport County.
Just can't see us winning games at the moment, even against rock bottom Sutton. Loads of injuries not just out but some of the players playing are carrying big knocks.

We really need something today, but I seem to say that before every league game and it rarely happens...with games to look forward to against Gillingham, Swindon and Wimbledon over the Festive Season and New Year...it is today and Newport on Boxing Day that look like our best chances to pick up points...other than that it is a trip north to Blackpool for a cup match on Tuesday evening, a chancer for our fans to see the lights at a time when Dale Vince looks destined to turn them out for our club.

I’ve a feeling that any momentum we’ve built up has now disappeared, I can’t stand long breaks between matches. Not a believer in the rest will do the players well, a week maybe but it feels like an age since we played.

Maybe I’m being over negative, but I feel a tight 2-1 loss here. Pre game I’d be more than happy with a point as it’s a tough place to go.

Another way to look at it is GA has had time to get his ideas across to the players, so hopefully we’ll start to look like a coherent team.

I have the same feeling. We haven’t faced anyone in the league since Accrington, 3 weeks ago.

That being said, we have everyone back fit.

Just remembered no Louis Reed today so we will have to completely change how we set up and play.

Might be our best chance honestly, looking at the line up.

Not counting our sub GK, the remainder of our subs bench has an average age of 19 with next to no first team experience. What a shit show we’ve become.

There was too much “sadness” quality in that post not to re quote it.....sad because your bloody right, he beggars belief.

Join the club. Seems a lot of teams are struggling to fill numbers. Just looked at Accrington's bench today, they have 2 senior players and the rest are teenagers. We've got 2 scholars and a first year pro on our bench to pad numbers,

Admittedly yours are more down to the club not funding a bigger squad, but still, fair few teams lacking options and depth at the moment. Teams desperate for it to be January 1st.

Agree with the Bantams above. 2-1 Gillingham. Would be happy with a point.

Tom Davies missing presumed injured as well as the banned Turnbull leaves Rovers with a raw central defensive pairing of Yarney and Belehouan. Reckon we’re going to need at least 3 goals to have a chance of getting anything from this one. Given our poor away form not too hopeful and inclining towards a Walsall win.

After going one nil up with our first attack we've clearly decided to let Colchester have a chance by playing poorly since then and now being down to ten men.

That's the stupidest red I've seen for a long time, what on earth was Evans thinking.
