We are absolutely fucked, from top to bottom - on field, off field, in the dug out, in the boardroom, on the grass, players, staff, those in charge. Where do we go from here?
Just put Radio Nottingham on and heard the score, with the amount of poor seasons you’ve had it’s now trying to avoid getting sucked into the National league…

Jattaaaaaaa

Bradford look a terrible football team, but the way our confidence and life visibly returned for the first time in ages the moment it went 2-0 was really heartening to watch. We could’ve scored five or six in the next ten minutes.

Three home games in a week.

3 defeats. 1 goal scored. 10 goals conceded.

Fuck the absolute lot of them.

I can’t imagine how bad Bradford must be. A slightly hollow victory.

with that being said? Alessana Jatta. League Two firmly on notice with our big new beautiful boy up front.

They were really poor, but right until the second it was scrappy and could’ve gone either way to be honest, that just seemed to flick something in us.

Nowts the matta when you have Jatta.

If you start him, he will score.

Admittedly only seen him play twice this season but what the hell has happened to danger man Andy Cook.

Thought young Warner was a liability first half, scrappy game for an hour. Robertson key as our much needed ball winner. Langstaff only scores against dross and the Gambian Prince has arrived and warming up for next season.

I’m split on Alexander, he’s made some shocking choices, his obsession with starting with a back five, constantly having better players on the bench than starting, freezing Pointon/Wilson out, the non existent awful tactics….
At the same time he is picking from the worst squad we’ve had since Covid Kurtis Guthrie era, a third at least of the starting 11 weekly is non league standard, Richards/Ridehalgh/Smith to name a few, no one is succeeding when such a massive proportion are no where near good enough, the better players (all one or two of them) get dragged down to their level. The recruitment model is horrendous and is being reflected on the pitch.
Every level at which we’re failing, squad level, management, recruitment, all the way up the chain it goes to the top, the lack of investment, the clowns running the show making all the key decisions. Nothing changes until that does, we’ll go down before we go up.

I don't even consider Bradford as a big club anymore, they've been in the lower leagues especially L2 for so long now that this feels like their home and where they proper belong.

Their owners and fans seem accepting of this.

I hope you wake up in the middle of the night badly needing a piss. I hope you run for the lightswitch but then step on some pieces of lego dipped in salt and lemon with ya bare feet. Through all the pain you manage to stumble into the bathroom. You breathe a sigh of relief as your wrinkly half incher is awakened from its twenty year slumber, but then the shower curtain draws back and you're greeted with a big grin from Oscar Pistorious.

P.S Twat.

Well, as we all know, football started officially in the 2004-2005 season and Bradford City have been in L1 and L2 since that time. During the same 20 year period, we have had 1 season in the Championship and our lowest ever league finish is 4th in League Two, so the only natural and logical conclusion to make is MK Dons are a bigger club.

You also got rid of Alexander whilst we still have him. Another win for MK Dons.

Genuinely have no idea what that moron Sparks saw in him during interviews.
I genuinely believe Graham learned all he knows from the Football Manager game series. He strikes me as a ‘simulate match for instant result’ kind of guy and you’d have all been the better for not spending 90 minutes in the cold watching dross.

Bradford desperately trying their best to equal or better our proud record of 21 goals conceded in 5 home games I see.

We were a nervy, frail team who scored on the break and managed to see the first half out. Second half we were comfortably the better team and could have had five and probably one penalty.
Bradford were poor all over and slow apart from one run from Oydeleke? the right back. They're the worst team over two matches I've seen this season. Not sure if they are an ageing team but they look an old team of cloggers.
Really happy for us, they've had a terrible run but have carried on working hard. Jatta has made a massive difference, looks a real handful. Macari is shaping up to be a very solid defender. Robertson very good.
Maynard finally got a bit of luck, pleased for him too.

Aging players and players who are completely past it, injury-prone players and players who are just naff. There's no real recruitment strategy at the club. The header of recruitment, Stephen Gent, needs sacking.

He lost his MK job when they couldn't beat us despite being 2-0 up after 92 mins.
He lost his 1st game as Bradford manager 2-1 at home to us.
We play Bradford at home soon - will he last long enough for us to finish him off again?
I'm starting to think a lot of Bradford fans would be happy if we did....

You really do have my sympathy.

Let's be honest the fact two clubs such as MK and Bradford both selected him in recent seasons is a stain on both clubs.

We all knew what you were getting, the footballing world knew. But at least he wasn't part time.
