Three away games, all draws and every one feeling like we did enough to win.

Got to improve in front of goal or this will be a common theme this season.

We have a full team of 11 out now so need to dip in to the transfer market desperately.

It’s time for a change I think, not just the manager though the incompetence starts at the top in any failing organisation. Fuck of Rupp and Sparks you know nothing about football, sick of how many managers they go through without looking like a good team.

Mansfield the better side on the day but should have been down to ten men for most of the second half so a fair point all round in my opinion.

Agree. Nothing will change whilst Sparks is in charge. Him and Hughes need sacking. Gonna be seriously toxic if we go a goal down to Crewe. Really fed up.

Hughes going to clap the fans and everyone telling him to fuck off. More of that.

Doesn’t look like changing does it unfortunately. Even if Hughes fucks I feel we’re just hoping for a miracle appointment. We have no direction.

Wrexham really taking the next documentary to the max for entertainment value. 26 goals in 4 games

28 shots with 13 on target. Five is the least we should have scored

Dreadful second half. Didn't deserve anything.

We should have even won, we battered them nearly the whole second half really. These things happen at the Racecourse when the crowd gets up like that.

With how open these games have been, Mullin would have got a hat-trick in every game.

Unbelievably poor defending from all concerned. Wrexham are a one trick pony but it’s hard to defend against. Any kind of footballing team will fill their boots playing them. Well over hyped.

We didn't really deserve that point, I'd be fuming if I was a Walsall fan. The first hour was as bad as I've seen us play for ages. We got back in to it with a terrific goal after about an hour but we were hardly banging the door down after that, I didn't see the equaliser coming.

Agree. We've no real 'football people' at the club, have we? Sparks has done well on the commercial side but he should be nowhere near footballing decisions. Rupp isn't interested. He's just bought a new yacht though so at least he's happy.

Luckily for us almost everyone in L2 is sh*te.

We were like this at the start of last season (and the season before 6-5 v Dover, 7-5 v Barnet) , we just need to remember how to defend. A goalkeeper who can move and playing midfielders who exert a bit of control over a game would help too.

Think Wrexham will be my second club after you beat us 9-0 in the League Cup and Hughes gets sacked.

No idea why we didn’t start with Oates, looked a completely different team in the second half. Good game, will take the point considering we had Bowery at CB for the second half

Fair play to Newport, lesson in tidy and effective football, even if we helped them with a few soft moments.

Got to say I was very impressed by Newport, better than us all over the pitch, looked sharp and were pretty clinical when they got their chances, whilst we never really troubled their goal.

Reckon they’ll be up there on that performance.

And Akins at RB.

If Cargill is out for any length of time we need at least two more defenders coming in. Maybe a midfielder too.

We can't keep having these crazy games, something has to give. We need to pay a lot more respect to these teams now and not think we can just overwhelm them because we're at home. Nobody is coming to us and sitting back at this level, they are all attacking us from the off.

Need to be more compact in midfield, the gaps in there are enormous and teams are finding so much space.

Another one of those games we should’ve put to bed.

Slow getting out of the blocks and in reality grimsbys only proper chance was that strike which he’s missing 999 times out of a 1,000.

Poor from mansfield but dominant, was worried for a minute for a challenge which was last man but it looks like from commentary the lads dived looking for a penalty as he was never going to make it.

Think grimsby looked pretty alright tbh, i reckon if they’ve a good run etc they’ve every chance of a top half finish this season.

Absolutely. We aren't going to just overwhelm teams at this level like last season - given we've got a team full of players with League experience and a management team with lots of league experience you'd think they would know that.

Im also starting to get the feeling that whilst the Kop isn't there the whole stadium has a wind tunnel effect heading towards the Yale stand goal, because there seems to be a lot of goals flying into that one.

I’d be looking for at least 3 points from doncaster and grimsby away.

Called a 4-4 before but our defence seems to get worse by the week. Awful 1st half.
Started the 2nd like a rocket, if Palmer scores the sitter he misses to make ot 4-4 I think we win, missed it, let them get a foothold in the game and they got a 5th.
We have 3 or 4 games like this a season, hopefully we are getting them out the way early. Can't get Hayden back soon enough. Back 3 are so slow anybody with any half mobile forwards will have a field day
