So, anyways…..

It’s the battle of the SUFCs tomorrow at Gander Green Lane as Sutton seek to end a 5 game winless run.

On paper you would assume we could but Football isn’t played on paper and surely the Iron will be feeling a little more confident following their midweek draw against Northampton.

I’m not entirely confident about us winning here tbh.
You were saying…

Same as always for us.

Competing, one indivual error and we fall apart. Predicted 5-0 before this game so gonna be close.

Weird how quiet this stadium is, 3-0 up and feels like we're in a morgue

Im torn. 2-0 after 12 minutes, we are cruising similar to Tuesday night but just want us to go for the jugular and really batter these.

Worry is if we cruise thinking this is done we get sloppy concede and all of a sudden it’s up for the taking again.

Wrist-slitting stuff from Orient again. Dreadful goal conceded with soft, soft defending and can’t hit the target from multiple chances. Usually worse in the second half as well.

We need to go for more. Win is great but let’s get greedy. If ever a team was primed to be given a hammering it’s these.

I don’t trust Holy. He nearly cost us a goal with some very poor handling at the end of the half from a shot any keeper should be holding.

FGR should have been two up and had a shout for a pen.
It changed when Oteh got injured. FGR can't handle Nadersan's pace over the top. First goal was him running onto the ball. Second was a towering far post header from a corner. Corner won after Nadersan chased a long ball.

Git to say though. FGR do look a good team. Shell shocked but a good team.

Because of our style of play and approach we dont seem to perform any better or worse against the better and worse teams. You have definitely popped the ball around well and should have scored from the low cross. We have had brief flashes but still dont retain the ball nearly well enough.

That being said at 0-0 we can always nick a set piece..
Set pieces are our Achilles heel so will be surprised if you don’t score one, you have scored loads of them. The half evened out a little more after I posted, but would say we’ve still been the slightly better side and definitely should have scored with the low cross you mentioned above.

It’s the worst Stevenage side I’ve seen us play but just needs us to attack more, we’ve sat back a bit and just let them have it.

2 goals, should of had a third in between but other than that it’s been flat for me.

Stevenage made a couple of changes and starting to put some pressure on.

I’m really hoping we are not going into our standard safety first mode with a lead.

We’ve been dreadful in the second half. Stevenage as bad as they are being allowed to hang around in the game.

Carlisle happy to time waste and kick the shit out of our 10-men. No need lads, we were already beaten before we stepped on the pitch.

Great Worrall looks like he has fucked up his left knee. Just what we didn’t need.

It's not been easy going for us since taking the lead, even against ten men... which is to be expected, we sound more organised and more threatening but we haven't improved massively, just enough to be in games. Could do with another goal.

We're clinging on with six minutes of injury time, not what you want to see when you are against ten men against a team as bad as you are, but if we can take the points I won't care.

How this is only 1-0 I’ll never know. We should have finished this game off. 3 mins of added time left, just hope we don’t regret it.

Comfortable win for Mansfield in end, we were happy to give Bradford a lot of the ball. Bradford struggled to deal with Oates and Murphy in particular.

Win is a win but we need to be better in terms of performance. Some of our ball retention needs to improve. Will take it though.

Deserved win for Salford. Wouldn’t rule them out of a run at the POs. Looked good.
