Fair play to Bristol Rovers. I have them as favourites for 3rd now as they have a gimme next week.
One thing this team doesnt do is give up, even when not playing well.
Not many teams have beaten Rochdale at Rochdale, even better considering we were 2 down.
Still not in our hands at all though, need some favours...

Wow. Amazing that. After Northampton thought they had got their second we went up thr other end and scored. And it had to be Nombe.
I didn't know the Harrogate score until then.
What a day!

Top of the league and we fucked it up.

Seriously though fair play Exeter looks like Devon Lad was right, you are a better team then us.

Resilient where we've flapped. Said on our forum suppose that's the price we pay for getting a group of decent but not super players to perform above themselves for a while, they might stop being able to manage it.

Great game at Sixfields, great atmosphere.

The chance we had at 1-0 I think I’ll be seeing in my sleep tonight. Eppiah 6 yards out, only the keeper to beat. Think I need to not think about the game for a while.

Fair play to our young lads for getting a point today, 7 teenagers playing which is mental. Thankfully for us Hartlepool seemed to have a contest winner playing a CB which helped.

Don't think Joe Nuttall will play for us again after sticking his middle finger up at our fans during the game though.

Odusina or Hull?

We're just so wasteful, 20+ shots today and your keeper barely had a save to make.

Bogle is like Mike Fondop reincarnate, turned to shite.

Hull, no idea how he is normally but he looked like bambi on ice today at times. Thought Odusina looked quite good.

Our keeper was a 17 year old making his first ever appearance, no idea why you didn't try and test him more with crosses into the box.

Aye I'm not overly impressed with Hull personally, I know he's fucking huge but he has zero pace, everyone else seems to buzz over him though, I don't see it.

Our lot gave up months ago, some don't want to be here, others we can't wait go get shot of.

Stevenage have picked up form under Evans, but despite that I can't see anything other than a Carlisle win in this one.

Carlisle United 2-1 Stevenage

Today was so predictable.

Thankfully I got some of my money back that I lost from my relegation bet.

We also have a keeper with no hands.

Another sending off today Bristol Rovers fans. Was it a red? Thought Coutts was your best player against us...had the ref and our midfield in the palm of his hand. He did look like a Joey Barton protege though who is capable of doing something stupid.

Unfortunately, it was. Bit of "handbags" at a Dale corner, and he grabbed an opponent by the throat, in front of the ref, who was/is the sort of arsehole who thinks he's the reason why people turn up to watch football.

Kudos to J Barton for recognising he'd got the balance of the team wrong and making an early substitution. And kudos to the Gas fans, who were noisy but (mostly) well behaved.

Shame about Rovers nicking it but doesn’t change much for us. Win both now and we are up. Huge challenge but focus on Monday first and see where we go from there.

We’ve been given a lifeline it’s up to us to try and take that this time.

I agree this squad has overachieved tbh, but having been 10 points clear of 2nd with a game in hand and 18 above Exeter this is as big a collapse to throw away a title I’ve seen for a while.

Today was all set up for a strong performance, big crowd (for us) party atmosphere and pretty average opposition.
And yet we didn’t turn up. Shame as the players looked pretty down at the end which shouldn’t have been the case, cheered up more after the awards but the lap of honour was a lot flatter then it should have been. We are gonna have to really up it next season if we want to stay up.

To be fair, we were 3-1 down to Harrogate after 60 minutes as well

Regardless of anything else now it’s back in our hands. Win both games starting with Newport and we are up.
Not quite, we just need six more goals than you and we can nick it.

How FGR are playing we can get the six in that game alone.

End of season feel at Crawley, who were shocking I thought in the first half, we really should've been out of sight with the game won, we had more than enough chances and Morris had to make a fair few saves.

We missed another penalty - not scored one in the league now since Jan 2020.

Second half Crawley changed shape after injuries to their defenders and pumpled us with their passing and balls in the box - to our credit we defended well enough and Vigs didn't really have any saves to make but the pressure was building. We had 2 chances ourselves to be fair on the break.

Then in stoppage time Crawley seemed to score, the ball seemed to hit the bar bounce in, bounce out and hit the post and it wasn't given - Video evidence clearly shows it was a goal and that the linesman has had a mare. We go up the other end and kill the game with a second goal - 15 years ago the same thing happened to us away at Leeds at Elland Road, scored a 90th minute winner and the linesman wasn't up with play to give the goal and we ended up drawing 1-1 to rob us of a famous win. It evened itself out today with that ;)

To be honest it's turned into a poor season (in the league) overall. The last few months have been shite, the two in charge have been absolutely incapable of motivating the players. I really question the authority these blokes have in that changing room

Didn't see the game, won't watch next week either.
