By the way has anyone mentioned that Aaron effing Morley has scored two injury time winners against us in three days, one for Wycombe and one for Bolton.
Should be a law against it.
It's mad that anyone loans players to teams in the same league. Imagine Wycombe pip Bolton to promotion/Play offs at the end of the season

Tics 0-3 Blues

Good win once we weathered the early onslaught, no stanno no bielik so others stepped up.2 for May, Paik the magician and Laird finally showing what he can do.

Much improved and it needed to be, we cannot coast we have to maintain the intensity and our quality will show.

Fa Cup next Lincoln at home

Got a round of applause pre-match. He was a brilliant player for us back in the day, some would have him down as a legend.

His team played some atrocious stuff though and the playacting was ridiculous. The worst I've seen in this league and reminded me of non-league shithousery.
Surely not. Fergie would have you believe that his Posh sides are the epitome of a well behaved and playing football the right way side.

Our lack of creativity and goals strikes again, that's four games without a goal.

0-0 probably about right. Both sides missed a sitter (particularly us, clearing the stand from a central position and 4 yards), hit the woodwork and had a goal disallowed. They perhaps shaded the first half, we were better in the second.

One thing I have noticed again, and it was the same last season, is that at the halfway point nearly everyone from 11th down is a goal a game or under. It's such a low scoring bottom half again.

Agree with it and I didn't expect to see it. Probably shows how long we've been out of the league for more than anything.

Seen hardly any playacting and timewasting from any team this season until them on Saturday. It did feel very Guiseley under Paul Cox.

Who was that striker 10+ years ago who came from Cambridge on loan? He’d done nothing of note and I remember being worried that we signed him from a team who was in a similar position in the table.

He then went on to become an absolute goal machine for us, sending Cambridge fans into fury, naturally. Then when the next transfer window came about and he was in the top 2 strikers in the division, we signed him for something like £100k?!

Rory Gaffney? Yeah I remember the Cambridge fans getting peeved over that one and their manager at the time Derry.
Performed far better on loan than he did when we signed him though, bit like JJ O'Toole

What about when we swapped Devon White for John Taylor. I met a Cambridge fan after this and when he found out I was a Rovers fan -- He said I'm not speaking to you as he was still upset in regards to the deal. I believe we got money on top as well.

Yes one of the few occasions we got the better part of a transfer deal. Loved Dev but JT was a big upgrade
