Turns out we’re actually pretty good. Perfect performance in what should have been testing conditions.
Have to start off by saying Mansfield were not good at all. No chance they’re making autos playing like that at home.
Game could have gone a different way had DKD not produced the miss of the season following our defensive howler early on.
Genuinely feels like we could beat anyone at the moment (unless you’re called Doncaster) which is a huge testament to Lindsey, he’s got us playing some really good football and is proving you can play tippy tappy football at this level and succeed.

Pretty comfortable for us, just matched Sutton's grinding style and had more quality in the moments that mattered to win it. Referee did everything he could to keep Sutton in it first half, never a penalty for them which gave them a lifeline and gave them every 50 50 going. What a signing Madden has been for us. It ain't over till it's over but we're in a very strong position.

Today again proved me right in that it would be a tough game but also in that anyone who commits to anything when there’s no need to is a fool.

Crawley were a pretty decent side, but i’ve seen a mansfield side blow away a side like that with out eyes shut this season, yet we produced the most shambolic performance i’ve seen in years.

The full on mansfield collapse were all used to is full flow.
