Morecambe at home. Loss. We have not had a shot on target for the last 2 games, so that would be nice at least.

Really fancy us to get something at Walsall, and I’m not saying we will win but with our away record nearly 4/1 is way too big odds for us too.

Well, it’s an away game, so we might at least play some football rather than slowly shuttling it between three centre backs for ninety minutes.

Big game really, both teams had a bad couple of weeks but either wins it and the table looks very nice for them again.

I'm going to Salford away, still haunted by the memories of last season when the referee robbed us. We've lost every time we've been there before, so we absolutely owe them one.

Gillingham (a) - walking wounded at the minute, us.

Antoni Sarcevic - hamstring - out for a few week

Alex Pattison - had his appendix taken out over the weekend - came out of the blue - out for 2 week

Bobby Pointon - has a bruised foot - this game might come too soon for him

Lewis Richards - requires two operations on should and hamstring - out for season

Cierán Kelly and Callum Johnson back on the grass, but won’t be fit for this weekend

GK: Sam Walker

CB: Aden Baldwin
CB: Jack Shepherd
CB: Romoney Crichlow

RWB: Brad Halliday
LWB: Tayo Adaramola

CM: Ritchie Smallwood ©️
CM: Brandon Khela

AM: Jamie Walker
AM: George Lapslie

ST: Michael Mellon

Same starting XI as per last nights win against Cheltenham, apart from Crichlow coming in for Byrne.

Given the injuries we have, I’d take a draw now, but this team continues to surprise me week on week.

1-1 (Mellon) - 800ish City

Wimbledon v Notts 2 bald men fighting over the comb… we’ve beaten 1 top half team away( Bromley in September ) so no reason to expect a win.

Heroic defeat and Maynard can say we dominated the game.

Has to be three points against Gillingham. Not a draw. A win. Gillingham are dreadful and we're having our best season since the bloody nineties. 2-0 City.

Port Vale at home and I always look forward to this game. They'll bring great support and will be looking to get something out of this encounter
Fleetwood playing some really good footie at the moment and will be well up for this after last night's result
Ryan Graydon is absolutely on fire, Phoenix scored a fantastic goal against Crewe so he will be raring to go
Like to think we can nick this by the odd goal

Have to be getting three points here but then I said that about Harrogate and we were left floundering around. Fleetwood have had some great results at times against promotion contenders but also some shockers too so who knows what version of them turns up.

I know nothing is ever guaranteed and nobody has a right to win any game but the last two really feel like missed opportunities and can’t really be missing many more if we have any pretensions of top three.

Hope you win but the game is likely to cost you more injuries. Your players need to spend a day beforehand training on Morecambe beach. Hope you get a ref that gives you more protection than the one we had.

Nah. You'll win. We're currently shit.

Unfortunately a 12:30 kickoff. I'll be there but the early start means that I won't be able to sell programmes. Working evening shifts means that I won't wake until 9:30 at the earliest. I need my morning potter and fuck turning up at 10:30. Sky can go do one.

Yep no idea what's going to happen on Saturday. We haven't played well for a while to be honest. Not sure what team Jackson is going to put out. He changed it up on Tuesday and that didn't work . We are far too reliant on Matty Stevens for goals. No one else is scoring.

Potter as in potter around. Given my evening shifts I don't wake up early and prefer not to set an alarm. Wake up, grab a coffee, do a few bits and pieces around the house and browse the internet. My Saturday routine is ruined by early kickoffs.

The only good thing is leaving the ground in daylight.

I have no idea what the bookies are thinking tomorrow us 1.48 vs Newport 6.00 is just ludicrous pricing. I'd have that a 50/50 game at BEST for us tomorrow.

The early kickoff has ruined my planned routine too, we can only drink post game now! Hate Sky!!

Will it be celebratory drinks or crying into my pint(s).

No Didzy, no party?

I hate football. Mat Sadler fluked top of the league through Nathan Lowe.

Grimsby's number 8 is quality.

We'll see most of you here next season when we will be back in our home of lower midtable.

Notts not exactly beating the FTB allegations, they need a game with Morecambe asap. Great win for Grimsby. Win will take us up to 5th not that I'm hopeful of that after seeing our lineup.

Should have been 5 or 6 not sure whether that was Walsall or us but makes for a hell of a game v Notts Tuesday ; play at our optimum and Notts off it and we win

Jayden Luker, on loan from Luton. He's hit and miss. Had a shocker midweek vs Tranmere but young and inexperienced so to be expected.

Feel for you lot, absolutely stinkin' form. Didn't seem like you'd get back into it today once we were ahead either, which is doubly frustrating. We were obviously killing time for most of the second half but we also fought harder and were full value for the three points.

Well and truly shaken the curse of not being able to get points from losing positions now.

Lovely balls from Danny Rose and Kieran Green to set up Luker for the third too.
