We have so far sold 400 80% of last seasons total of 500, with a fair few regulars still not purchased. Hopefully we can get up to around 600.

I think the club need to push that priority for away tickets and cup and Play off games will be for ST holders only.

The club shop expect to be selling between 5000 and 7000 ( we already had 2200 pre R and R) but the demand will just overwhelm the 5 staff that work there. In addition do you really want to be cueing in these covid times?
We won't be able to put that many on sale in my opinion. I reckon about 4000 will go on sale and we'll sell them all.

Edging towards the 2.5k mark, we're over 2.4k now.

No one really knows. Indications are that after the 7th August, a lot of restrictions will be lifted so we should be able to get away fans into the ground. I suspect you'll have the far left side of the Yale stand, which between the top and bottom hosts 1050 spectators.

As the stand behind the goal won't be open in time for that match, the game will likely sell out quickly.

It’s a shame it’s been moved for tv really - we’d have brought quite a lot at the normal time I think but a Bank Holiday evening is a bit of a nightmare.

We’ve now sold more than we did in our first season down (we didn’t sell season tickets last season) with a month to go, proper appetite for getting back to live football out there.

Yeah, I'm hoping we'll get over the 3k mark. I think 2.5k first season back down is a solid effort for us, to get 3k would be good. Anything over that very good.

Someone calculated on our online site we’d done just over 3400.
That’s rubbish and OTT IMO. That doesn’t include any non renewers I think as their seats haven’t been released back on sale yet so I think our figure will be somewhere between 2800-3000

I'd agree with that - 3400 seems a bit high.

Still a decent effort though and should see crowds of 4-5000 if we hit the ground running.

Ours dont go for general sale till the 3rd, but there seems a good take up for renewals so far. Will be interesting to see what the impact of all the media interest has on sales . Some of the estimates seem far too high for me though, particularly with remaining concerns over the Covid situation- particularly given the lower risk approach the Welsh Government have been generally taking compared to England.

I asked this elsewhere and nobody responded, but did I read correctly somewhere that you're expecting 5-7k season ticket holders? I could have misunderstood the thread where I read this.

I doubt we'll even have that many on sale. We only have 2 stands open for the first 2 games.

I reckon we'll put around 3500 on sale and they'll all go.

If they sell 7000 he will have had to have bought 3000 of them.

It's like the youtube video he claimed had millions of views all over again, it turned out he'd just been sat hitting refresh for a fortnight to get the views up.

One of our idiots has claimed you've already sold 8000. Yup, that's what I'm up against........ :fl:

We had 2250 three weeks ago, I imagine we'll well up on 2500 now.

Announced that the fan park in Tokyo ran by Akito https://twitter.com/AkitoAoki has reached 457 as of yesterday afternoon.
This is not a dig at County. I’ve lived and worked here for a long time and have got a lot of respect for your fans and the numbers you manage to get through the gate in non league. But it always surprises me that your ST sales are quite low, in comparison to your gates of say 4-6k (depending on success). Why is that? Surely most of the extra 2k+ fans are going to enough games to make a ST worthwhile?

Hard to say. Can only really answer for me as I tend to just pay on the day and it's habit for me because I can't make every game. We seem to be able to sweep up extra pay on the day's that other Greater Manchester teams seem to lack. But then I remember when played you at Wembley in 08 and despite us having a good bit more average attendance than you, you managed to match if not better our Wembley support. We have a real limit but yet a real core that never lets us drop below a certain amount and it has been remarkable how it has stood the test of time despite being in the North for what felt like an eternity. We still have a great core of young fans which has astounded me over the last 10 years.

Ours are well overestimated in that - all the prices listed are for new season ticket holders who missed the early bird rate in the most expensive stand. Most adults will have paid less than £300 and concessions less than £200.

Assume they've taken the most expensive option for everyone there, as they have for ours?
