Almost at the 10,000 mark. 1,500 are new season ticket holders and there's 5,000 yet to renew. If we could get close to 15,000 that would be fantastic. Throw in some cracking followings from the likes of Grimsby and Stockport and there could be some really good atmospheres.

£325 in the west stand early bird
£245 in the QLE stand early bird

both decent pricing and crucially we’ve finally sorted out the prices for kids too which is spot on.

Hopefully can keep the attendances growing at mansfield next season.

I only did one away game last season and it was Mansfield. First time there and it was a great day out. August too so the weather was lovely!

Aye was a really good game, we were hard done to losing but great entertainment.

Imagine/hope they’ll be a few others who’ll bring decent followings next season - you, grimsby, hartlepool, stockport

1st Day of sales for us today.

700 sold.

Think we might sell more than usual this time around, the town is buzzing and the club seem to be saying the right things and also doing the right things. Usually sell around 3,000 or less.

Crawley have just announced their prices.

East & West stand £289
South terrace £255

That's a reduction on last year's prices.

Pay on the day is £17 seating £15 to stand.

Yeah, but, will they sell an NFT of a seat to an online watcher?

Must be the cheapest walk ups in the 92? We charge £23 to stand and £25 on the day. Pisstake.

Looks like we have dropped the increase on the day purchases of match tickets which is something we have been telling the club to get rid off - the new owners are certainly looking at everything at the club to increase the attendances next season - this is a start.

We've sold 'more than last season' which wasn't a figure ever actually released last year as far as I'm aware. I imagine it was about 2.5k last season though, so we might be around 3k for this one. Almost certainly down to the Neil Harris effect as we were bloody hopeless at home last season and don't have a full first XI yet.

That’s very good pricing especially in that part of the country, not bad pay on the day either ours is £20 if you buy 24 hours before and rises to £25 on game day which I personally don’t understand.

Apparantly we've sold more than at this time last year, which I'm shocked at with how poor we were last season. I doubt we will be getting big crowds next season 3500-4000 I'd guess.

I hate the increased costs for on the day purchases.

Fine if you're a Chelsea or Liverpool and you need to get thousands of people through the door but if your normal team is away and you're out shopping or down the pub and fancy taking in a game you'll only do it the once if you realise you are paying more.

It drives floating fans away.

Completely agree, we’ve scrapped matchday price increases for next season. Like you say it does stop people coming along on a whim if they’re paying a fiver more than everyone else. It’s an expensive enough hobby already.

Every club should tell you that buying before the day is a discount on the normal price.

if they don’t then the marketing manager wants firing.

We don't increase on the day. But we do have a £25 a season 'reward card' that makes match tickets £5 cheaper. Sort of a halfway house between a season ticket and normal pay on the day. Works out worthwhile if someone does six or more games I think.
https://www.rochdaleafc.co.uk/news/2022/june/yourcard_080622/

So with the card it's £15 in our terrace/ £20 without. These prices are probably a good guide of away tickets which usually mirror the Main Stand. So I'd guess at £24. Which I think is far too much for this league but £20+ sadly not that uncommon anymore.
Still, for a club like ours I do think it hampers walk up support. That and no cash turnstiles. If anyone fancies an ad-hoc game on the day at ours and hasn't bought online they'd have to queue up to buy a ticket. Having waited with my non ST holding mates to do this a few times it's a ball ache. More so if the weather is crap and there's a large away following doing the same thing. I hope that's something the club sort next season. Just one cash turnstile on each stand would help.

Our STs are dirt cheap and have been for a few seasons. I think they've hovered around 2500-2750 sold for a few years now. Which is a good number for us. But at the same time, we've had some awful home form in the period we've had cheap tickets so not really been able to capitalise on it. I was expecting us to sell quite a lot less this year given how poor/boring we were at home last season but the raise in match day prices might just convince people of the value of a ST and offset things. I know from a few mates that it has for them.

Crawley have sold a grand total of zero season tickets because they ain't on sale yet.

Hints it will be cheaper this season than last (which hasn't increased for 5? Seasons).

What's that big pink thing flying over there?

Casey

As an aside to this. How many free games does you season ticket get you or how much money do you save by purchasing early?

I have brought the cheapest tickets (behind the goal) and it works out as five games for free. As a shift worker I actually pay more for a season ticket than I do by paying on the gate...I'm an idiot!

Get 5.7 free apparently. So somewhere in the second half of that 6th game I’ll start paying.

1428 Sold after two days. Current Season Ticket holders have until 19th July to re-book their seats, most haven't done so, as the ticket office and on-line system has been pretty busy.

Looking at over 4,000, which will be a new record for us (by some distance).

First time posting on here, but thought I'd add this...

As things stand so far (based on last seasons pricing) due to our new and much reduced price for a ST in the Quarry Lane End, those going for a ST in there on the early bird price would be set to get over half the season (12.34 games) free.

With that in mind I can see a bit of a rethink on matchday prices in that end..

As for the main Ian Greaves Stand, we'd still be set for almost 9 games (8.87 to be more precise) based again on the early bird pricing...

Mansfield opened sale to current ST holders on a new ticketing platform, gives you the option for a ST card or to add in to your apple wallet etc. finally!

After 3 days we have 1,856 sold. 3 and a half days and we smash through the 2,000 mark.

Trust me, that's a lot for Grimsby, it's not a rich town or area; more effluent than affluent some would say. 4,000 plus still appears to be the aim.

2,222 sold as at 17:00 on the fourth day.

It would seem the 'feel good' factor has been harnessed by the club this time, new owners, new sponsors and a new optimism around the town.

Decent!

I think we’ll smash 2,000+ between now and the 19th.

Last season total was 12,700, so anything above that, really.

We had an average walk up of just under 2,000 per game last season, so I’d expect to convert at least half of them into ST holders.

Think we’ll sell around 14k.

I assume they are still heavily subsidised (haven't bothered to check), even so that's a very impressive total for Division 4.
