Exactly.

Like I said clubs deserve to be in the division they are in, teams deserve to finish where they finish after a full season.

True some have much bigger potential, which suggests that they are underachieving to a bigger extent currently. A Derby County, Sunderland or Sheffield Wednesday in the 3rd tier still feels strange. Same applies to Bradford in L2.

Point being, ours is largely driven by ticket sales.

Think with our ownership now (and excluding sponsorship money) the ground is a sell out with 3 complete sides packed out. Once the kop is built, it would be interesting to see what happens with the ground. Whether we would allow a max 10k season ticket holders (currently capped at 7000 odd), then have around 5000 ticket sales to allow for regular matchday income for a max capacity of 16k. Then you could argue we would bring in similar through the gates similar to Bradford, depending on pricing per game between both clubs.

Still, good to see so many clubs attendances go up.

I'd be expecting Stockport and Bradford to be pretty much sell outs all round.

Our attendances have been on the up for 3 seasons since Power left. I have the feeling, though, that much of the goodwill generated will slip away if we spend another season down amongst the dead men.

Lower league football is much better as a complete package. You are so detached from the clubs in the Prem.

Non league too. Despite hating every minute of being in the National League I think it's an objectively exciting league to follow, and you can really feel a part of a club in the lower reaches.

You hated every minute of last season, as a Wrexham fan? That's Champions Wrexham with incredibly an almost perfect home league record and exciting cup games.

Last season was the exception, but prior to that it mostly wasn't fun (bits of the season before last were fine too and little bits here and there).

Even last year, it was still undershot with the knowledge that we were still non league and one slip could have left us there for at least one more year.

I agree with that. Certainly more enjoyable than the season we were flirting with relegation to NLN.

All in all, great figures. If we fail to get promoted again, those figures will drop off a cliff.
