Happened in the Colombia match too. Steve Holland sets the team out superb but you can't be so intense for 90 minutes and once we start tiring should be the time to make changes but Southgate delays.

I'd get Loftus-Cheek and Vardy(if fit) on and go for it. Can't be cautious and end up going to penalties, too much of a coin flip. Croatia have got to be running on fumes, a few of them looked spent towards the end. Fresh legs could nick this.
