I think you still have to for round 4 Dirk. It's just that they won't apply to the 'Cup' because you're getting a bye....I think.

No, you have to send lists for all rounds, your score for the round will be used as your score against the other player in that round, cup rounds are not purely cup rounds, they just add a bit of spice to things with the opportunity to win something if you're already out of league recognition.
