Stag, how many did we get for the original Sheep Season One on the old forum?

Not sure mate. Around 40 in the beginning. The few standalone games I did before any season was suggested were getting about 40 players, and people were chatting a lot more between questions too. That died off but it was great at the time, made the reveals a lot more fun.

edit: had two more lists come in, 39 now. Come on, someone, make it 40. :hail:

I suppose we have Tom to thank for getting the game re-started and re-energised, as we were down to about 12 players at one point.

A bit under two hours folks. Should be able to get going soon after the deadline as most of the working out has been done and just needs copying n pasting really.

Anyone still wanting to enter, please don't leave your answers 'til the last minute.

For the scoring, I think taking the average and giving a +5 bonus is a good idea for those who run rounds. If there's no objections to that, we can set that.

Thanks Tom for reinvigorating Sheep last year, and Cardsfan for bringing new stuff to it too. ;)

Before we crack on with this round, a couple of things for people running the later ones.

- you're free to run your round any way you want; reverse Sheep, elimination Sheep, whateveryoureckonSheep basically
- IMO a 3 day deadline is about right. Any more and the season drags

with that in mind, does anyone have their questions ready to post up after this game?

Guys, I've had an idea.

Seeing as this is a communal Sheep season and we're all sitting round the campfire singing Kum Ba Yah and that, is there anyone online who can input the scores into some fancy spreadsheet after I've posted them and give us like the scores after four rounds/scores after eight rounds/final scores type stuff?

Might have to get me abacus out if not.

Ciderhead96 - it was more to get them up and give a 3-day deadline or so.

Hurrikeen - people have to give what they think the most popular answer will be to the 10 questions. You'll see when it unfolds, very soon.

Oh yeah I get you. Happy to keep a track of the season standings (any chance of a sneaky bonus in that as well haha...)

I mean the standings for this game Ciderhead96 :woot:

I'll post the scores but it'll take me ages to add them up for each person. Wondered if anyone good with Excel or summat could put them in and work them out in real time!

edit: deadline passed, no more answers, cheers

I predict the same amount of points that Gemini got for the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest for me this round.

Oh I'm having a mare here!
My excel skills are pretty limited tbh, I'd just slow you down and make more of a fool of myself haha

Edit: How was that not unanimous?! It's the name of the game for God's sake!

Chew on question 1 for a bit guys, blade1889 has only gone and got himself forgotten so it seems we're all waiting for him to have his answers added to the scores.
