The big one is almost upon us. Can we finally claim a first win in 20 years against these c*nts on Wednesday?

Charmed.

I don't have much of a beef with Charlton, nor do many of our lot really, as much as I'm sure that bothers you Lamby.

It's about time you beat us, but thankfully you seem pretty terrible so it'll probably end up a draw.

Lamby, you need to get a grip, cos you are already 'winning' one of my votes in the 1FF awards. I am sure that most of us have no problem with Millwall.

'Wall
Ah yes the 'derby'. 2 crap teams under 2 under-performing managers so it'll probably be dire.
As the other 'wall fan said, I really don't give much of a toss about Charlton, other than it being nice to see the Den full up.
I think we're the better team, but have no confidence at all in our back line if Webster doesn't make it.

Edit:
*In fact, having just been on House of Fun (the main Millwall forum) there's not a single thread on the front page to do with Charlton, despite the game being tomorrow. That, I think, says a lot.

Ergh, this time of the season again.

I say this every time, we have to beat them this season surely?

The last time we played at The Den on a cold December evening we won 2-0, a repeat of that would be smashing going into Christmas. Unfortunately for us, we could be European champions while Millwall languish in the conference south and they would still nick a 1-0.

As much as I'm desperate to just get this monkey off our back, you have to be happy to take a point here.

1-1.

Fucking dommed em again. Steve Morison proving that we're very much a one man team. Maybe not the best player we've had in my life time, but along with Harris and Cahill by far the most influential.

How much have you bribed the ref?

Behave yourself.

We were a fucking disgrace yet again, up there with one of the worst performances of the season.

Hate it when people say this but Millwall are extremely average but as per usual shit all over us when it comes to fight and spirit and they wanted it more than we did as they always do.

We've been unlucky with injuries but the lack of investment has killed us, that line-up and bench tonight was embarrassingly bad but those players had a duty to go out there and do a job and they absolutely bottled it, pathetic. No legs in midfield, a teenage centre half at right back, it's just awful. Thanks a lot Roland, you tight fisted, club destroying c***.

I won't judge him fully until after January window but Robinson needs to just shut his mouth now, waffle, waffle, waffle before every game and no wins.

2,300 fans turned up to watch that shit once again and only Jackson had the decency to acknowledge them properly at the end. Disgraceful. I hope every single one of them choke on their pigs in blankets on Sunday!

To top it all off we're now locked in the stadium in the freezing cold.

Merry fucking Christmas.

.

Has he blamed the officials/opposition/fans yet for the defeats?

That was a trait at MK Dons.

Funny seeing Robinsons interview now he's no longer our manager, can't wait to see what he says after this.

Seen some of your fans are absolutley fuming with Robinson

Kudos to all the Charlton that showed up (not the players, obviously) knowing what would inevitably happen with both the score and the police keeping you inside.

Injuries.

In fairness (and it could just be more waffle) he's not happy with the players either and is calling them in for individual meetings today.

He always annoyed me when he was your manager but he's proper irritating isn't he?

It's all just riddles.

As I say above though, can't really argue with what he's said after last night. We do have a lot of injuries, he's come out and admitted that our defending was atrocious (his words) and has also said he'll be having individual meetings with each player today about some good things but plenty of things that aren't so good.

He's got a real job on his hands in January, he's going to have to fight tooth and nail to get the board to give him any money and then he's going to have to get his waffle on when trying to sell this basket case of a club to any half decent league one player.

Yeah, our fans aren't ones for all the talk etc we just expect a team to go out there and give it everything like the teams under Curbs and Powell. We hated Pardew because it was all a lot of words and about him. Robinson talks too much and hasn't yet delivered so he received a few 'fuck offs' last night.

He's a good footballer without being spectacular.

I do quite like him, seems to have a good touch, awareness and calm on the ball. Would probably look better in a better side.

Cheers for the input Bobbin. He's well liked by us. Think we allowed him to go to your lot because he is a ball player and he needs game time and you play it on the ground. Was quietly impressed with your team despite all the crap going on with your board. Went about playing the game the right way. He is a good player. Had a stormer at Villa at the end of the 2014/15 season. Keen for him to do well. As he wasn't getting much of a look in with our system. Which is a shame.

Shame we weren't very good at it!

He seems the sort of player who needs a workhorse along side him to get through the dirty work while he gets on with the nicer looking part of the game. Doesn't really have that luxury here at the moment so he's probably not as effective as he could/should be.

You can tell though when he has the ball at his feet that he's a good player, wouldn't look out of place in a decent Championship side.

Understand what you're saying. It's a battle in the midfield at League One level. He is somewhat of a more cultured player as opposed to the rough and ready, workhorse type midfielder you tend to get at that level.
I wouldn't be adverse to us loaning out Aiden O' Neill to Charlton. He's a cracking prospect. A real battler of a midfielder who does the stuff other players won't. Not afraid to get a tackle in. Wouldn't be surprised if we loaned him out and I think your club would be ideal. He is a cracking little player. 100% heart, tackles like a demon but is one to watch, runs himself into the ground, excellent mentality and good passer. Would complement Ulvestad well based on what you say.
I have a soft spot for Charlton so hope you get back up.

Sounds like exactly what we need, not enough players in our side up for the fight at the moment.

Australian player, definitely one for the future. Needs game time. But definitely good enough.

Yes, it has been a long time since your mob last beat us at the den, not this Century or even Millennium, indeed Charlton fans have to go all the way back to the last ice age.
