Bit of luck there with the Mata offside. Nice composure from Martial though.

We've still been dire so far - need to sort it out.

' Manchester United have now scored with their last five shots on target in the Premier League. ' - Opta.

Have to say that is very impressive.

3 for United, I expect there will be more goals to come for United still though. Poor second-half from Southampton.

Well Martial certainly makes Utd more interesting to watch even when he doesn't end up scoring.

Carrick has been uncharacteristically shite so far.
Everybody presumed he wouldn't be able to play alongside BS but it's him and Schneiderlin who look incompatible as a pair.

4 subs - 2 minutes, 3 stoppages for goals, Van Dijk going down with cramp. Not really outlandish.

De Gea has rounded it off for you anyway.

Very happy with that win, particularly after the first thirty minutes where Southampton were very good and we were awful - I was expecting the worst.

We were much better after that though and were in control of the second half aside from the nervy moments at the end of the game after the Pelle header.

Rooney (characteristcally) and Carrick (uncharacteristically) were shite but I think I'm in love with Martial. And De Gea.

Think a draw woulda been a fair result but you can't defend like we did and expect to be winning games.

Handed them two goals. Apparently their first was offside but not seen it.

Pelle missing that sitter was a turning point.

Good that Schneiderlin wasn't boo'd. Wish him many years of success at Man Utd.

Fantastic player who we are currently missing.
