Very true but Fergie didn’t have the years of hatred with him.

I will add another part to this, unless Evans applies we wouldn’t approach the Gills to speak to him and that goes for all other currently employed Managers, we won’t do what Hull have just done to us.

Totally agree if he’d stayed with us given how he was shaping the squad and the way we were playing better looking championship jobs would have become available before next season

That may not be a problem. It is rumoured at our end that he might not have signed a contract yet but had planned to do so on June 30th.

I think fucked off would be far closer to the truth but he doesn’t fit the profile of what we are after, he certainly won’t be signing 20 players we just don’t operate that way.

We don’t have much money, we don’t tend to sign lots of players and he is despised at our place (or was before he got hired).
Didn’t stop him plotting up here though mate so I wouldn’t be too confident if I were you.
