Yeah I agree, we were pretty panicky defending your corners, in fact you very nearly bundled one in somehow. Relieved we didn't have to face Pope. At Stevenage on Tuesday Revell bullied our centre backs, and I dare say Pope would have done the same.

Pope hasn't been firing, can't remember his last goal! Think it was possibly Morecambe away at the start of December! Stuck on 99 goals for the club for ages now so possibly weighing on him!

Forgot to mention that I wanted to wish Vale fans good luck in their continued red card protest against Smurf. I saw a couple of banners, including one saying 'black and gold until we're sold'. I actually think I saw your chairmen in the directors area, and he couldn't have not noticed the red cards or the banners.

You can't miss Smurf! The Black and Gold is the repeat process of 2012 when we got the last lot out! Sadly the administrators then landed us with Smurf who the EFL strangely gave Mr Oyston as a mentor!

Few more things the Supporters club are planning next week with the Black and Gold day against FGR and the Wall of Noise against Crewe, although waiting further details as to what both exactly entail. Explains why many of our fans would be seen wearing old fashioned black and gold scarves.

Originally I thought it was that Vale fans were going to watch Wolves until Smurf was gone!!

We did something previously with orange hats, and Man U with their green and yellow. Black and Gold is a pretty nice combination. Hope it all works out and you get your club back - look at what has happened at Blackpool, those poor fans have finally got what they deserved!

Black and Gold is because its the second and third colour of the club (we used to wear it as our home kit at one point too)

Blackpool fans appear to be supporting our plight, hopefully doesn't take as long though as brushing with our EFL status year on year will only end up in us losing it sooner or later. Just want to enjoy the Vale again knowing the owner is at least trying to take it in the right direction.
