Even with vale winning against wimbledon i still think unless we win away somewhere which will take a miracle we will go down

Win the two home games we will stay up... hopefully the Blades and Bolton will both be in party mood with both likely promoted before we face them.

Fair play to Swindon, thought they were gone but 2 superb wins against promotion chasing sides and a favourable run in means they now have an excellent chance of staying up. I think they will.

I have Shrews and Vale going down on the fishy predictor but there is only 2 points seperating the bottom 6 so it's too close to call. I think 49 points will be what you need to survive.

If we beat Chesterfield Saturday we will survive id expect. If we can pull of a shock result Tuesday then we could be virtually safe Saturday which is crazy. Huge week.

Fleetwood isn't looking the tricky fixture it was a few weeks ago if we still need a point by then.

Will depend if they are secured in the play offs or out of the picture I guess. Although they are falling fast.

Walsall will potentially be on the beach.

Sheff United will be up now by the time we meet

Rochdale realistically are unlikely to make it now.

We saw with Wimbledon yesterday once we got the second they just didn't look arsed to try and get back in it so a few opponents treating it as a dead rubber be nice!

Who's smashing us next? Ah Millwall, that'll be nice. Annihilated on our own patch with a couple of thousand gloating Lions in attendance.

Squeaky bum time at the bottom. We are in deep trouble with our run in. 52 points need to stay up for sure. Dunno where we are getting 6 points from. We are in big trouble.

Not sure 52 will be needed with Gills and Shrews form.

If we get another point this season I will be amazed. Strongly suspect bad things off the pitch with us too.

Started the season with hopes of promotion and our "best team" for years is sliding dismally into League Two in ignominious fashion. Our "best team" has turned out to be a hopelessly unbalanced mish-mash of chronically injured and talentless individuals, bolstered by free transfers in the window that would struggle to get a place in your average Ryman League side.

Our management team is so far out of its depth it's scary and there is a real possibility we'll be retaining them for next season.

Add in a borderline offensive season ticket offer, with rumours of financial strife and there's little light at the end of the tunnel.

We have been terminally crap since January 2016 and there is little prospect of improvement in the future.

Join the club, mate. 3 useless transfer windows in a row, a rookie 'manager' and owner who's more interested in making sure he gets his wedge before the team.

Chuck in Tactics Tim and it's no wonder we're a fucked up club. Some signs of a revival but not that optimistic.

We were all slitting our wrists 6 games ago... 10 points on and now we are very optimistic so it can change guys! In fact last week we were all in the depressive stage.

We have done the hard work to get out the bottom four, i just hope we don't get the attitude of thinking its done and not complete the hardest part of staying out of it!

Few weeks back looked like it was only on place left to be filled which looked to have maybe our saving grace but now swindon have hit form at the right time 2 places left now and we will definately take one another inept performance at the weekend pretty much confirmed for me that we have no chance of staying up with pennock the pillock in charge.

Worrying quote from cody mcdonald after the game was that the team until 2 weeks ago didnt realise we were in a relegation battle, the fans have known for months

A big night on Tuesday ........
It could all change again if Shrews beat Millwall and Port Vale don't win at Rochdale.
our next three games are at home to Millwall, tomorrow, then Rochdale on Saturday, and Walsall on Good Friday followed by an away at Northampton on Easter Monday. Lets see where we are after those!

Nothing like covering all bases, you will only have 2 games left then !!!
Unless we lose 5-0 at Rochdale , we are guaranteed to still be out of the bottom 4.
If my Aunty was my uncle etc etc

Sounds similar to us last season.

as if things weren't bad enough for Chesterfield, they've gone and given Guy Branston a job in recruitment.

Big If with our away record! We made Coventry look like Real Madrid a fortnight ago!

I'm hopeful of a point tonight. Our awful away record has to improve in line with current performances.

With the absolute beast Bikey at the back we seem to be better defensively so hopefully that will stand us in good stead.

Coventry aside the performances haven't been too bad away of late but we keep letting in late costly goals. If we can just see it out away from home when we play well then we will be fine.

Sad state of affairs when the only thing you have to cheer is Port Vale and Shrewsbury conceding goals, knowing full well it's the only way you might stay up.
