Completely sold out, great effort. I bought two tickets for the home end as a backup while waiting for my brother to borrow some season tickets, he managed to but they gave him the wrong stubs!! Secured them today though thankfully. Looking forward to a Mattie Pollock masterclass that will earn himself a £2m move to the Bridge.

As long as they loan him back - he's our only fit CB at the moment!

My confirmation email that the tickets had been dispatched came just before the announcement of the 'sell out'. Looking forward to watching Chelsea continue with their run of no home wins this season (surely they wont beat Liverpool on Sunday).

Did you go special delivery? I went with the 3-4 day recorded service, hopefully that wasn't a mistake haha.

His dad is Jamie Pollock, ex-Middlesbrough and Man City.
Yeah, his dad is in the pic of him signing his contract extension (or could have been his first deal) with us and I assumed it wasn't Jamie Pollock as he doesn't look like an ex-footballer nowadays.

It was a wide camera lens I think :animatedf:

Isn’t there some double standards here. Grimsby selling over5000 to see Chelsea’s u23’s next Tuesday, but if they played Chelsea u23’s in checkatrade they would be demanding that everyone should be boycotting the game.

It's all about supporting your team, while the 'check a twat' is boycotted to also support your team (and the lower divisions in unison). Huge difference.

Wow you’re so right, let’s never attend a game against higher opposition ever again because said higher opposition is choosing to field youths.

You know that we’re playing Chelsea, not Chelsea under-23s, don’t you? By your logic, lower league fans shouldn’t attend FA cup games until Round 6 probably?

Tickets arrived on Friday.

Looking forward to seeing how our mongrels and seaside donkeys do against Chelsea's pedigrees and thoroughbreds.

Even with their B team it will be like our knobbly knees competition winners against their World Cup winners!

Crawley sold out for the visit of Stoke City. It's amazing how many plastic fans we have.

....oh you can tell by that remark that I didn't get a ticket!

Our game sold out within about an hour of going on general sale but, given that there are no doubt ten times as many Tottenham fans who live in Colchester than there are Colchester fans, it will be Spurs central tomorrow night. Eurgh.

At least if it was someone like an Everton, say, all those turning out just to see a Premier League side would probably be cheering us on against them.

So then how many of the 3 of us will make it through to the next round do we all think.
My guess is zero.

Jones at Stoke has hinted that their priority is Forest on Friday. Hopefully their minds are elsewhere.

Just had a quick peek on one of the Chelsea forums re Wednesday's game and the team they hope Chelsea will put out.

Quite a few were including Cho in the team. I thought that they had some Chinese wizzkid in their ranks, until I realised they were talking about Callum Hudson-Odoi. :)

I actually think you lot have a chance at Chelsea. They're a bit shit defensively and will play a few kids, can't see any of their youngsters at the back fancying going up against Hanson. Plus Lamps isn't the best tactically, Jolley should be able to outsmart him.

I don’t think we’ll win but I think we will score as they won’t be used to coming up against our style of play as I doubt many Prem teams launch it forward quickly as often as we do.

I think Chelsea will be to quick and skillful for us, we might ruffle their feathers a bit early on, but once they settle down it's going to be 'difficult for us'.

Hope I'm wrong of course, but they've got some bloody good players not getting regular first team action, and they'll be desperate to impress Lampard.
