Rossi Eames has been appointed our new manager after a couple of goes at interim manager. Not gone down well with some of our fans. I think he's capable, but needs a good experienced head alongside him.

Like this appointment. He was unsure about wanting the responsibility of the job at New Year, but now his heart and efforts are set on it. We've played good football under him (albeit naive at times, which is to be expected) and the players like him and his sessions, which is very important.

Our fans will moan about anything and everything (ironic...) so I wouldn't give a second thought about what the official forum makes. Rossi is a great choice. Yes he's young, but he knows the club inside out and we've already said we're looking for an experienced assistant anyway.

Pleased for Rossi. Hopefully he can use the pre season to make us a more cohesive unit.

Shouldn't have been replaced to begin with. You'd have been better off appointing Nugent as the experienced number two! - Which is what he is actually quite useful at!

He didn't want the responsibility and the pressure of a permanent head coach role at first. I guess seeing Nugent attempt to ruin everything he's worked hard to create was convincing enough for him to change his mind and want to take his excellent work with the academy onto the next level.

Rossi has resigned and moved into a player development role.

In comes Mark McGee and his shocking record at previous clubs. I'm not bucking the trend here and remaining eternally pessimistic.
