We're not 100% down you wet weekend.

Says the person who thinks we can still get top 3 :ffs:

We have 21 points from 27 games and there’s zero improvement in our form. We haven’t strung two wins together in almost 2 years.

We are absolutely 100% getting relegated. The sooner you accept it the easier it will be.

Well if we're so down then why don't you go off from here like last season? And don't say you have a hope of us staying up when every week you say we're 100 percent down.

We are not 100% relegated.
Nobody gets relegated in January.
19 games left to play.
Plenty of fight left.
Our performances are improving, compare Fleetwood and Notts away to the Tranmere away shambles.
You never have any fight in your posts Hellogregory, always predicting heavy losses and failure.
We'll stay up, I still maintain it.

Can definitely stay up on last night’s evidence. Better than quite a few teams I’ve seen, though translating that into points can sometimes be a different matter.

Our performances were improving in November. You said it, I agreed, but results weren’t coming and it’s the same now. One win every now and then in the middle of numerous defeats is only going to end one way.

Until results improve, until we prove that we can actually string a few wins together, everything points to us going down. There’s been absolutely nothing to suggest we’ll stay up.

Obviously we’re not mathematically relegated, so we’re technically not 100% down. That’s just a saying I use to say I 100% believe we are going down, which I do.

Exactly. There have been numerous occasions this season where oppo fans have said similar after beating us, particularly teams near the top. Then we’ll play like shit against teams near the bottom and still lose.

Play well or play like shit, we can’t translate any of it into points sadly.

I don’t have hope of us staying up. Until we can prove we can string a few wins together (something we haven’t done in 2 years), there’s no hope.

For what it’s worth, I believe we will improve in time. But by the time these players are moulded into an effective team, it’ll be far too late.

I think we’re going down. There has been no evidence whatsoever to convince me otherwise. Not a shred.

I have no skin the game obviously. Although HGs we are regular and consistent we are 100% down remarks before and after every game is too much too soon.

However putting performances and improvements aside I would agree that until Carlisle win back to back games then the talk has to be all about relegation.

When that happens, if that happens, nobody knows.

And this might be an unpopular view but I don’t think our transfer business has been anywhere near good enough for a team that seriously wants to stay up.

Weve no doubt strengthened the midfield, but a big problem is we’ve lacked goals. We’ve brought in Hugill and Scott who between them have barely scored any football league goals.

We’ve failed to score in 6 of our last 9 games. And if you want to focus on more recently we’ve failed to score in 3 of our last 4.

There have been zero signs of improvement in goals or points. Why the hell would anyone be confident that we can stay up? Why why?

Because we're not as bad as you like to state.
We're miles different since early season.
We're defensively better.
We're harder to beat.
We're more creative.
We've got more energy.
Most importantly, We're massively financed and well ran off the pitch.
You're confident Newport and Tranmere will pull away from us, why why?

I’ve already answered this but I’ll answer it again a bit more…

Because in 27 matches they’ve been better than us and have managed to accumulate more points, more wins and a healthy 5/6 points buffer on us.

Based on this, and the fact we’re showing no sign of improvement in our results, it’s reasonable to expect they’ll pull further away over the remaining 19 games.
