Man Utd haven't had any memorable games so far because they haven't gone head on with any of the big clubs. Might change in the late stage of the season requires them to, but at present looks unlikely.
From a neutral pov though I'd say Man City are almost in the same boat for different reasons. The actual memorable match was their loss.
It's probably all more to do with having something to play for. Everyone conceded the title to Citeh ages ago, so with Utd sat 2nd and pretty much hovering in that spot for the most part they've not got much to play for in the league, it's largely expected they'll be in the CL spots so the results are a bit anticlimactic, a draw here or there or the odd loss won't make much difference as the chasers are pulling in those negative results too.
The Liverpool Citeh game was memorable not only because of the way the game itself panned out but also because the unbeaten accolade was on the line.
