The Supreme Court didn't opine on whether Boris had lied to the Queen, it only ruled the prorogation unlawful based on it's length. He didn't break the law in any case. As for suspending parliament, it's something that normally happens every year, so I doubt there'd be much fuss if a Prime Minister Corbyn (gods forbid) did it too.

Imagine what the headlines would have been like this morning had it been found that Jeremy Corbyn broke the law, suspended parliament and lied to the Queen.

Just imagine.

I don’t think the ruling actually went for that though did it?

Surely now though we need a election, or will parliament keep hiding from the vote. Such pathetic standards on both sides unfortunately.
