Match discussion goes here. Stevenage seem to have played alright this season while we haven't been pulling up any trees at home, be a difficult match. Stevenage don't have Shamal George to help them this time though.

This is a tough game. We should be confident after what in my opinion was a good performance despite losing in our last home game against Tranmere and then a fantastic against the odds win at Bury.

This kind of has that Tranmere feel to it. They’ll come here, be organised and solid which we’ll struggle to break down and create much due to our poor quality at the top of the pitch. They should score as we’re that bit more open at home.

Hopefully if we do manage to create a chance or 2 like we did against Tranmere we’ll take them this time and get something from the game.

Prediction. Tight game, narrow 2-1 defeat.

Great win. A real shame for the 3 to 4 thousand fans that were stuck in traffic but a great win none the less.

That second half was extremely poor. Fully deserved win for Stevenage.

We get what we deserve for having such a toothless low quality attack. As I say, it’s going to cost us so many points at home. We don’t look capable of scoring from open play. Unless we get a penalty or a good set piece / corner situation we aren’t a threat.

Really poor after edging the first half without being productive.

If we can stay out of the relegation mix until January, then try to add one or 2 better quality players into attacking areas then we’ll hopefully do ok.

Started brightly yesterday, Sowerby was giving them problems and we put a fair few crosses into the box, if only Bennett could bury those easier efforts. Then Sowerby went off injured and we never got back into it bar a couple of chances, and Stevenage ran out deserved winners with a very tidy goal. We’re so frustrating to watch, capable of good stuff but more often than not, very toothless. Should be beating Grimsby midweek.
